Walked in with a 2 year +/- old phone ready for replacement, especially due to a shattered screen. I had dropped it on a tile floor the evening before. Tayler listened to my wants and needs in a new phone and using a combination of his knowledge of the available products and the tools at his disposal matched me with a new phone that has everything I needed and the features I wanted as well. Better than 5 star service!

This ATT store is truly amazing. The staff, Sean, had helped us switch our phone carrier to ATT throughout the processes and he was also so friendly! This store brings back our confidence to ATT customer service once again.

After a different store (Coralville) told me that I needed to buy a new phone due to an issue with a corrupt SIM card, I decided to get a second opinion from this store.
Sean resolved the issue in 5-10 minutes by setting up the phone with an eSIM. He handled the technical aspect of the job well, and provided great customer service.
