I was there just 2 days ago. My turning signal light needed to be replaced. I had the pleasure of Casie helping me. Not only did she help with getting me the right bulb her and her coworker Jay installed it as. They were wonderful it was cold and rainy that morning. Jay helped her as she just started and I got to be warm and sit in the car. Thank you to both of you. Excellent work

I needed air in the front tire of my ebike so I googled air near me and AutoZone came up. Unfortunately they don't have an air compressor at this location. I was about to head out to begin searching for air again. That's when Shelly stepped in and saved the day. She used her personal air compressor and was able to fill my tire. Thanks again Shelly. Every AutoZone needs a Shelly!

I was here around 10am needing new floor mats for my car. A employee by the name of Sam C. Was very kind very demure. He even cut my floor mats to make them fit perfectly. Even when the lady that he was working with apprehended him before checking information with a different customer about the break pads he brought. Sam handled that situation very professionally and his coworker ended up apologizing after she checked the information and realized Sam did give the man the correct break pads listed in the system. Kudos to you, Sam. Keep up that positive attitude and great work ethic. Someone needs to give him a raise.

Great service from Shelly. I went down to the store and she helped me out by driving down to my car and jump started it free of charge, very grateful to her, since I couldn’t jump it myself, and thought I was going to need a tow.

Roy and Dave were so helpful at Auto Zone! I went to get a new battery and they were so nice and educated me on the battery I was getting. Roy changed the battery for me as well! Highly recommend!

I have a very old yet dependable Mercury van.
The side panels were coming unglued and bowing out considerably. I inquired at my dealership yet they refused to repair my door panels. So, I drove my Mercury Van to my local Cedar Rapids Auto Zone and spoke to ROY! Roy gave me excellent speedy, advice on the correct product, and informative advice explaining in detail how to clean, and apply and secure my exterior door panels. It took approximately 20 minutes and my door panels look awesome and secure! Not to mention I have the satisfaction of fixing it myself saving money!! But hanks Roy, you’re an awesome employee!
