I came in needing to swap out a battery and Paul helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and got me right even though it was such a a challenging task due to having a blower device in my vehicle. Kudos to Auto Zone and Paul!

Great customer service! Greeted when I walked in at 10am, stating I need wipers blades on front and back. Between Omar, Paul & Stephen VS my difficult car with odd adapters, they got it! Thanks so much for being troopers and getting the job done all the while explaining why it was taking longer than normal blade replacements.

Went in to look for a battery. When I walked in, there were a out 6 no busy employee standing at the registers. Not one said hello. I walked straight past them to the batteries. While looking, no one bothered to come ask if I needed help with anything. After standing and trying to find it myself and realizing they didn't have the battery on the shelf. I didn't bother to ask if they it located anywhere else. I walked straight past them again to the exit, and not one person said goodbye or thank you or to have a nice day. While walking out my wife yelled "THANK YOU" 0/10 for customer service

I've been in a couple times and had Collin help me both times! Dude is super cool and very helpful! Definitely needs a raise. Will be going to this auto zone anytime I need anything because of his amazing service!

The manager was not helpful for a steady customer I have been. Don't think I'll go back there. They shouldn't sell car remotes if there can't help me program it. I got it for my daughter for Xmas and the receipt is gone. I'm very disappointed how your store manager handled this
No customer service skills and not a people person. Very disappointed.

Steven was great, tested my alternator and swapped my fuse and restored my media center. He was extremely helpful and taught me a few things on fuses.

Today I had a battery failure at a store right next to the AutoZone store. Paul, Colin, and Beth were very generous to walk next door to test my old battery, and then replace it. They were all very helpful and courteous! I highly recommend them.
