After replacing sliding door lock, door randomly unlocks. Called for technician to fix the issue and never received return call. Poor customer service.

Doug did a fantastic job! We should have had our door adjusted and track cleaned and lubed a long time ago. He didn't just tell us the doors need replaced like other companies possibly would have. I recommend this company if you want low-cost door maintenance.

I've been visiting this store for nearly a year now. They have a wonderful selection, knowlegeable staff and a genuine interest in being helpful. They offer both new and used books. Have wait lists and special orders. If you enjoy reading "real" books, give them a try. oldbuck
