Waited patiently to get a question answered while staff was helping another customer. Staff literally ran away from me as soon as he was done and purposely avoided eye contact. Had to call over to him to get my question answered. Was odd. Good selection of most types of liquor though.

Went there Saturday at 430. The cashier was rude and aloof when I asked him questions about location of champagne and then negative comments about a product they sell. He was really a Debby downer with a bad attitude. I asked if they had tissue to wrap up the champagne. He said if you can't find it take it for we don't sell it. I found piles by the gift bags. He as I said was aloof and condescending.

I asked if they had Russian vodka yet and some scrawny little bald guy tried to scold me about geopolitics that he very clearly doesn't understand. It's probably not great customer service to literally yell at customers, especially when your political understanding is so low, but luckily there are plenty of other places that sell liquor.

Great selection of beers + wines. Team is extremely helpful. Had just recently bought a larger purchase of beers + wines for an event. Accidently overaged on selection. Called two hours later, chatted with them, made it right. I couldn't recommend them enough for a great place to go that is in a great location.

The owners + selections here are great for every beverage I have tried - wine, beer, and spirits. On top of that, the store offers free tastings (every month or so) which give you an opportunity to talk about and try before you buy!
They also make sure to stock both local and international offerings.
If you ask an employee for help, I’m sure you’ll come away with something you like. 😇🙏🏻👍🏻
