My husband bought an LG home theater system and because I'm a rewards member, we got $50 off unexpectedly. The staff is always knowledgeable and nice to work with. They also helped me with my son's Amazon Fire tablet when the screen cracked. We love going to Best Buy for all our electronics!

Sadly not a great experience. I needed to find a cable for my computer and although the entrance person was very friendly, when we went looking for the cable I had questions.As a note, the store was not busy, it was the middle of a weekday.There were 2 employees in the aisle (they were obviously doing an inventory or check of some sort) however another customer went to approach them and they ignored her.I also went to approach them and was ignored. My expectation would have been to at least acknowledge customers talking to you and help find a person if you are tied up or not knowledgeable in the area. This didn't happen.The customer service levels need to be brought up to a minimum level by at least acknowledging customers.....

I never had any real issues with customer experiences. Maybe one or two rude associates.. but mostly just product issues. Especially Rokus. For some reason I had to replace my roku express and streaming stick 3 times. And the last time I just got a refund. I'm not sure if its just my luck..but I've set up Rokus for my family with no issues. Both Roku expresses and streaming player. But the Roku streaming stick and roku expresses I've tried always had some type of issue where it would completely stop working or not respond at all. Even when brand new. Not sure if anyone else has this issue but it was super annoying. They gave me a credit on a gift card even though I had a warranty on it... I'd just stay away from rokus in general. I did get my HP Envy laptop x360 from here and have nothing but positive things to say about that. I also got my bamboo stylists from here. I only had to replace one over 5 years but I have 3. They work great!

I don't like being lied to as an attempt to fleece me for more money. Purchased an appliance, scheduled for free delivery (anything $399 on up), and then to make sure asked the sales associate, "So they'll bring it inside the house, right." He tells me "no", that's just to the curb - if I want it brought inside I have to pay the $24.99 professional installation fee.My fault for not looking it up right then and there, but no, you don't have to pay an extra fee for them to bring it into your house. The website clearly states "Delivery to third floor or any level serviced by functional elevator." Was it your intent to lie and have me pay more for something I didn't need, or do you just not know your policies?Make sure to look up any and all extra fees/services yourself lest they tack on more costs hoping you won't check. I called and got the amount refunded, but I won't ever go back here again.

This is a two part review. First off I have to say that I’ve been coming here and supporting this location since my teenage years. I’ve always had a good experience coming to this location. The majority of the time I’m offered assistance at least once or twice while browsing through the store. With that said the staff are always helpful and prompt.Secondly, the wife and I purchased some Christmas present for the kids. After finding out we didn’t need a charging station for a meta quest 2 we decided to return the $75 item. Only to find out we were outside the return date by 1 week. What rubs me the wrong way is the fact that you won’t let me return an item that wasn’t even used. Then proceeded to tell me that I could have returned it if I was a “member” and paid for some membership fee. It’s been three weeks since Christmas so we’ve only really had a three week window to return the item. That should’ve been taken into consideration. You can call it petty but I won’t be supporting this store in the future and I won’t shy away from sharing my feelings on my experience.

I went to Best Buy this Wednesday afternoon because the Best Buy app showed me they were one laptop I wanted to see on display. I went to ask the lady in the laptop area why the laptop was not on display. She responded impatiently and rudely with her angry face to say unfortunately, I do not know, if they were not there, they were not there! I wanted to keep asking her more questions about the laptop, but she just looked angry, walked away, went and talked with other staff, and ignored me. She just left me to stand there. I got terrible service twice in Coralville and CR Best Buy in a week, so I think I am not the first one to get bad service, but I hope I am the last customer to get lousy service. I love BEST BUY, but I hope to get treated well in the store.

No single person asked us if they could help us and with several employees standing around talking to each other and several customers in the store, we thought they could wait on the customers. Didn't happen, we left the store, wife made a comment to an employee " the only good thing about this store is Geek Squad."

I've never had a bad experience at Best Buy. They seem to know what they're doing and the prices are always the best. I guess that's why they call it Best Buy.
