Rooms and common areas were very clean. Had a slight issue initially when the ac/heat unit was not cooling. The issue was quickly resolved. Highly recommend especially over the Americinn Cedar Rapids North which is VERY dated and run down.

I will be staying there when I'm in town. Nice hotel friendly staff. Food was great also

The 1st floor smells of dampness and mold The rest of the facilities were nice and easily accessible
