It's easy to give Brandon five stars. I went to him with three laptops after a keylogger was discovered on one of them. He cleaned everything up and installed several software packages that will make it more difficult for a repeat infection. He's very communicative, and he completed the work on time. Additionally, he gave me a lot of information and answered all my questions. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Honestly, this is the best tech repair shop I've ever been to! Brandon was so helpful, knowledgable, and he was honest. This is the most important part. After I found out the keyboard of my laptop dysfunctioned, Brandon helped me check my warranty and offered to help me deal with all the processes of applying for warranty, shipping it back to the brand, and receiving it back to the shop. He also helped me re-boost my disk because the guy whoever repaired my keyboard actually replaced the whole motherboard.
During the whole complicated process, Brandon was kind, willing to communicate, and again, very honest! I cannot think about another person that I should go to for my tech repair, after having this wonderful repair experience with BG Tech Repair. Please go to this place if you ever need a tech repair. Brandon is your guy, I guarantee!

Fixed my PC that was having some issues on turning on and gave it a nice cleaning. Very happy and thankful for the help Brandon has provided. If you have any sorts of problems with your machine or any other device, this guy is your go-to 100%.

Thank you Brandon for all your help and expertise. My Apple laptop needed a lot of service and Brandon came to the rescue with his professionalism and competency. He put a new hard drive, memory etc and I was so pleased. I am grateful for his one day turn around and his kind, patient self. He was so fair on his pricing and would highly recommend him!

Unlike the other nearby PC shop I had visited recently, this man figured out what was wrong with my computer promptly and accurately, fixed it for the appropriate price. He was also quite relaxed and friendly, felt safe and easy to talk to, didn't mind texting. The location is a bit weird being it's just a neighborhood house, but was easy to find due to the sign in the yard. 10/10 would trust with my computer problems again, and has cute pets ?

Brandon undertook a complicated repair for my pc, and handled it as graciously as it could be. He kept me well informed and always asked for permission and opinion before working, and my pc came out good as new! A very friendly and professional fella, I'll trust him to fix my tech every time!!
