Dish was installed incorrectly and when I called to get it fixed they wanted to charge $100 to come out and fix it. Unacceptable to charge to come out and fix your mistakes. Less than 2 months from original install and can't watch TV because it is windy. Quite a racket you are running.

Big Dog came out to my condo building to start fiber optic work which I was opposed to from the beginning .They entered my utility closet while I was at work .I do not admire a company that does business this way .

Great internet given that its a fibre connection split into apartments in a building. The service representative, however, is very rude and unprofessional. The internet went out on its own last night so I called in the morning letting them know, she checks and says that my connection is active. It's most certainly not, but she insists though. She offers to send a service representative but they charge the customer for it?! Never had that happen with mediacom or centurylink. Anywho she insists thats its my router that is bad but l am an IT professional, I can trace the connection and see that their modem isn't receiving a coaxial signal. Not her fault, but why insist on something you're not 100% sure of and talk down to customers

Great job handling the Satellite install and social distancing and wearing a mask. Very Friendly and handled a install on roof and running an extra line inside wonderfully. Great service and results and this is after 10 days of using it. Highly recommend Big Dog!

Back in late 2018 I Tried signing up for Dish online at first, but I would get a No credit at this address error every time, So I call Big dog Satellite to tell the Customer Service rep what was going on. She looked up My info and basically told me the same thing, but did Not know at the time that you had to notify companies that you changed addresses in order to qualify for credit for some services and such. I Wish I knew that earlier, because Now it seems She Did NOT know what the hell she is doing, so I got DirecTV from another local company and I qualified for credit just fine and got signed up and running in No time.

Called last week about switching my service, sounded great until I couldn’t get the rep I dealt with to call me back, I had money taken out of my account I wasn’t told about and he never made the appointment for my internet, which I didn’t find out about until today, two week wait on that.

Update after 40 hours with no internet finally someone answered. Said couldnt come for anoither 24 hours and wanted me to pay them to come reset my brand new router. When i told them it wasnt a router problem as i was hung up on 10 times. They threatened to call the police on me for calling....... im a customer and they threten to call the poice on me for calling for services .......... sad company do not do buisness with them.

Michael Cardis, Cedar Rapids, IA: "Big Dog Satellite has to be one of the most professional businesses I have ever worked with. I had problems last Saturday with my remote so I came down to the Big Dog in Cedar Rapids and Marty set me up with the newest remote and even sat and helped me learn how to use it. Marty was so incredibly patient and kind, very professional, even when I didn't understand since I'm not all that great with the tech stuff. I'd recommend Big Dog to anyone and am going to!"

I wouldn’t even rate them one star. They sent out a mass email with my personal email in it to 30 others whose emails were visible too. I tried getting ahold of the supervisor for about a month and finally got ahold of her just for her to be mouthy with me. Yea it’s a $7 fee but you gave out my email to people telling them my card was either declined or expired. If I didn’t have to go through them for my cable I wouldn’t.

They have went above and beyond to get my problems fix and make sure we were happy with our service. They were never annoyed when I called and always reassuring. I have never been treated so well by a company when we live in a time where no one wants to take responsibility for customer service and retention
