SCAM If you want to get ripped off, go to this shop. The overpriced labor for putting on my own tire is ridiculous! I went to this shop on 06/20/25 and I had my own tire which I asked to be put on. Being in the trucking industry for 12+ years, we all know it costs about $50-60 to put on a semi-truck/trailer. $277.50 Relly If you want to be ripped off at this shop go right ahead.SCAM

Had a trailer that had to be towed in overnite, they got on my repairs first thing in morning when they came in. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Will go back back if I'm in area and need any work on truck or my trailer.

For 3 years now I have been showing up unannounced, and they are always there to help, it honestly seems like they drop whatever they are doing just to help.

It would be hard to recommend a business that states on their website that they were established in 2000 when it in fact was not established until 2020 by 2 guys and an investor. None of whom are related. The investor is also not related to the other current owner therefore it’s not and has never been a family owned business. Michelle has about 3 1/2 years of experience of being the office manager she has no experience of running a truck/trailer repair shop or knowledge of how performing repairs. There are no current employees who are expert certified in any type of diesel engine repair. The current owners have rehired an employee as a 24/7 mobile repair/mechanic that had previously stolen from the company to work on your truck/trailer. Big Rig Truck and Trailer has no fleet to deliver your cargo. Big Rig owns IDS who is contracted to Quaker Oats only. That fleet cannot transport anyone else’s cargo. The trailer side has 1 trailer mechanic with 30 years of experience the rest of the trailer mechanics combined have about 5 years experience. Big Rig Truck and Trailer is not a business with expertise in diesel engine repair or trailer repair. They are not trustworthy as they prove this with the blatant lies they put on their website.
