I love the small town feel of Blairs Ferry Pet Hospital! We had concerns that our 10 year old dog might have arthritis in her left leg. Dr. Streeper took the time to check her leg over very thoroughly and explained to me what can happen to dogs as they age and what to look for. She was very patient and kind. Her staff was also. And the charge for her service is very reasonable!I highly recommend this Pet Hospital for your beloved pets needs. P.S. They also checked her heart and her ears as one would at a regular doctors office. I had not had that happen before. They also wanted to check her temp too but I didn't think Sami would do well with that. lol

We took our 8 week old "OLDE ENGLISH BULLGOGG". Bindy for her first visit to her new and permanent Vet. It was so wonderful in every way! The entire STAFF is wonderful, and our Doctor made us know that our Baby Bindy was in wonderful hands, she made Bindy love her instantly, because she gave her "treats" with everything she did during her wellness visit. Her next "shot" was given orally, not with the dreaded needle! Bindy weighs 10 pounds and got an "A+" for being in great health! Blairs Ferry Pet Hospital will be Bindy's very special place forever!

My 50lb dog gets very nervous at the vet and the last place we went to wasn't able to complete the test he needed. Blair's Ferry Pet Hospital was able to get everything done that he needed and we both left smiling.

Excellent and highly knowledgeable staff! Reasonable prices. They provide the most compassionate care. Dr. Streeper is the most patient and attentive vet I've ever worked with. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

They didn't have my cat.. I'm looking for my cat. Don't know what happened to her.. I took her to a hospital for animals and have not been able to find her. Tried different hospitals and one place even called around for me. I think my sweet cat must have been euthanized.by one of the places or if you find her please contact Blairs Ferry Pet Hospital as they know how to contact me. They were very caring

I’ve taken all of my pets to Blair’s ferry pet hospital for the past 4 years. My last couple of experiences with Doctor Streeper were traumatizing for my dog and I. I took my 4 year old black lab mix here for a nail trim and rabies vaccination a couple months ago. Let me start by saying that my dog, Layla, is probably not the best behaved when it comes to the vet. She has severe anxiety. They started by putting a muzzle on her. She’s NEVER showed any aggression toward any human and has never bit anyone and she’s been seen by these people for FOUR years. She is 60 pounds. Would you put a 60 pound dog on the examination table? I told them multiple times NOT to put her on the table. She freaks out on the table and flails everywhere almost falling off. If she fell off, she would really hurt herself. A good vet would get down on the floor to accommodate to Layla’s needs to make her feel more comfortable. When Layla was flailing on the table, doctor Streeper proceeded to yell at Layla in a stern manner. Saying, “NO Layla” (like that was going to make the situation better) Do NOT take your dog here if you have a hyper/anxious dog.

We always have a pleasant experience. Dr Streeper is amazing! She always takes her time to answer all our questions and look our pets over well. She takes care of our pets as if they were her own. Our most current visit was an emergency visit and we were fit in quickly. Dr Streeper and the staff were able to handle it with care, concern, and love. Victoria and Emily are awesome!!! They are both really good and patient!!! I recommend Blairs Ferry Pet Hospital 110%

Got us in on short notice and Megan (SP?) was very friendly on the phone. Doc was great, calm demeanor, very thorough and knowledgeable. She even called me at home after the visit to add some detail that she forgot to mention in the office. Super experience when our Golden needed looked at. Thank you.

On 06/06/2023 we took our 11lb Miniature doberman pincher. To the hospital for a wellness exam, Rabies vaccination, Booster shot, And a nail trim. Doctor Theresa streeper AntonWas the doctor who clipped are dogs nails.. My mom immediately noticed that her eyes looked a little funny. Like maybe she was on something. During the nail clipping process, the doctor clipped the dog's toenail all the way to the meat. The dog was not sedated nor Did she have permission to clip the dog's toenail completely off. I called the clinic, and the doctor denied that she even cut the dog's nails. And hung up on me. I immediately called back and told Her that I had the receipt right in front of me and she said the only way That she would have clipped the dog's nail completely off as if there were Some type of infection or fungus and the dog would have been sedated for This process. She admitted this on her own. I called back to tell her that I was bringing the dog back. So that she could see what she Had done and I was threatened with the police if I came back. Anybody with any type of common sense knows that you don't cut a dog's toenail completely to the meat. We will never return to this clinic again. And I Would highly suggest if you don't want your animals abused to take them to a different clinic.

I was in a bind and needed someone to watch my dog while I left town for a wedding. This clinic had availability so it worked out well. When I picked her up I could tell she was well taken care of. I will be boarding here again!
