I came into to purchase a new phone and Desiree was fantastic! I told her what my budget was and she found me the best deals. With everything I purchased I still left with money in my pocket. While I was there another customer came in with a tangled up mess and she helped us both flawlessly.

Called the night before asking about the Black Friday in store only deal so I wouldn't have to travel into town for nothing. The lady was rude and ridiculous when I got there. She said they couldn't help me because my 1st phone was set up online and then blamed me because I didn't tell her. Well lady, I didn't even know there was a difference or 2 different kinds of accounts. Still confused about that. She was too busy telling me how wrong I was to explain. Oh and then went on to nearly brag that she's worked at all of the boost stores in town. Which didn't mean anything. Perhaps next time ask the customer for a phone number and check whatever ya have to before telling them to come in and everything would be fine. If you've worked there so long, you'd think ya would have asked.
