I have been coming in for a few months and trying on hats. There was a young lady that was traveling from Wisconsin that helped me to find the perfect one. I wasn't sure exactly what to look for, but she was very helpful, and I bought a Stetson Drifter hat. It fits perfectly, and I get quite a few compliments. Great service and a great product!

I cannot say enough good things about the employee that helped us. She listened carefully to what we wanted and took a lot of time with us. There is a good selection to chose from. When the size we needed wasn't in the store, it was ordered and delivered to out home in days

Good selection. However, I had to order my size of a specific shirt. The sales person handed me a phone to place my own order. Had the option to ship to my home for $10, so I opted to come back in a week to pick up. It's not a good buying experience. I could have ordered at home and saved myself 2 trips to the store. Plus, they collected all of my contact information, so now I will get tons more sales emails even though I am a return shopper.

Went in there looking for an outfit and boots, found a great comfy pair of boots, the employees were great and even helped entertain my kiddos while I tried on clothes. Best customer service ?

Typically would rather go to a small local western store but had some great help from Brenda and Dillon. I wasn’t happy with how the hat reshaping had turned out from another employee but they jumped in and had it looking great and we’re more then willing to help me with some other things I needed there as well. I believe both had help me in the past and both had great customer service then as well!
