Used to go here all the time. New owners took over and is probably in my opinion one of the worst gas stations in town now. I have noticed their customer base has dropped dramatically for good reason!

This is the worst gas station I have ever been too. The employees are always on their phone chatting and they are so untrained on how to use the registers it is utterly rediculous. I will also be turning this location into the Better Business Bureau because they have not been using their EBT system correctly and more or less stealing people's funds. I do not personally use EBT, but my friend does, who is usually with me and I know for a fact, they're not giving the EBT discounts. Also, they have been robbed so many times by young kids stealing Vapes and flavors and other stuff, it's not even funny. I have been told this happens DAILY per one employees statements. If I could give this station a negative star review I would. I will not shop at this location again.

I have lived a couple blocks away for over 30 years, and this has been our go-to gas station. Since new ownership, this place has gone downhill. When the owner is working, his cellphone is attached to his ear, and he is speaking in a language other than English. When he finally does help you, he never puts the phone down and continues his conversation as he talks to you. Prices have gone up terribly, and products are always out of stock on familiar items like popular pop or grab items like milk. I like BP but prefer to go to those stations not owned by this guy. Pricing and stocking are much better, and the customer service people treat you like you are the only one in the store. This station is a joke. No one should go here. What good staff that used to be here have all left. And good for them! We now go to center point road and 42nd street gas stations. I have canceled my BP cards.

I have to apologize I am sorry I interrupted the employee’s phone call by coming in to purchase beer from this establishment. I was never once even acknowledged probably could have just walked out with a case of beer because then I wouldn’t have inconvenienced the male on the phone at the register who never even told me what I owed and then basically threw me wrinkled up cash from the register. I honestly don’t even know if the guy behind the counter speaks English because he wasn’t speaking English on his phone which is absolutely fine by me, but he couldn’t even be bothered to say hi to me, tell me what I mowed or say thank you.
