Absolutely would recommend for repairs. Excellent communication, customer service, completely satisfied with my repairs, and pleasantly surprised at the interior cleaning. I'm going to have to get the door scuffs and dings repaired to match how beautiful their work on the nose is from hitting the deer!

I recently had the pleasure of having my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire repair process.

They made sure I understood what repairs were needed, how long it would take, and even helped coordinate with my insurance company, which took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. I was in a vehicle accident and within 24 hours my car had an estimate. Paul Anderson was very nice, great at communicating, and honest. Both the ladies who answered the phone and entered my information were capable, friendly, and kind. What a refreshing experience after a stressful ordeal.

I use caliber collision for the second time this month and both times they've been excellent customer service. Excellent repairs. The only weird thing is they don't take cash. I wasn't prepared for that so take credit card or a checkbook.

An exceptiona experience at Caliber Collision, Dodge Rd., NE., Cedar Rapids. Highly Recommend them!
Following an autobody repair to our truck I submitted a survey, at Caliber Collisions request, regarding my satisfaction with the repair and customer service.
My response was, overall I was very happy with the quality of the work and timelyness of the repair. I did leave a comment about a "detailing issue".
To my total surprise, Keith Hazel, GM of the Dodge Rd. NE. Caliber Collision responded to my survey comment and asked to meet with him to insure my total satisfaction with the work done.
In the end result my "detail issue" proved not to be the result of or responsiblity of Caliber Collision, yet Keith and his crew made it right. That is truly going above and beyond, exemplary customer service.

The people at Caliber Collision are some of the nicest more courteous and helpful people. I think that they are the kind who would give you the shirt off their back if it was needed. They kept me informed the entire time my Jeep was in their shop and gave me the reasons if there was any kind of delay. They had my Jeep finished 2 days earlier than expected.
I can't thank everyone there enough.
