Brought in a 15/16 Milwaukee impact socket to get warrantied in march. Gave them my name and number . said it would be two weeks. No call. Now June…. going on Three months later, I called and said I would have to come in and identify who I talked to. How tf am I supposed to remember that. Goodbyeeee.

Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. They seam to always have what I need and their repair team is great. We are now making most of our company's tool purchases here because of these reasons.

Great staff! Everyone here is super helpful and knowledgeable about the tools and what to use them for. Just walking in your greeted by the whole team and asked how they can assist. I really enjoyed the selection of Milwaukee tools. I will always come back for my supplies in the future.

Extremely helpful staff. If they don't know an answer to a question right off the bat, they'll let you know when they will have one and when to expect it. They also know what tools are able to be used for multiple purposes, saving on time looking for multiple items for the same task.
