I’ve used this location on 10th st in CR for over 13 years and they have always had very helpful staff… until now! I had an emergency with my bipap on a Friday night. I cannot sleep without this machine so Saturday morning I was there as soon as they opened hoping they could work me in. The gal at the desk said I had to have an appointment for the issue I was experiencing and she looked up the schedule and said it was full and they could make appointment for next week. I replied so I can’t sleep until next week? She said sorry we’re full! The former staff would have done everything in their power to work me in especially since I was the ONLY customer there at the time! I will do everything in my power to take my business elsewhere…. What a shame after 13 years.Update: I called Monday morning and got a very accommodating support staff lady that was willing to try to set up a loaner machine for me during a 15 minute slot she has later today and will notify me if she is able to get it done. So thankful to see the special effort made on my behalf… when I find her name I’ll tell her boss she needs a raise!

Went in for parts for my cpap as needed, given to me as inventoried pieces and no charge! What great help they were here.

I got to say anytime you go into a business and you stand there for more than 10 minutes and no one that works there acknowledges you at all. Not a hey. Give me a few moments somebody will be with you. Whether you're working with customers or not. You should always acknowledge any customer that comes in the door at least after a few minutes. That's not what happened here. I literally just turn around and walked out after standing there like an idiot.

I came in for a weekend trip and forgot a piece to my CPAP. Called Saturday morning and Renee was amazingly helpful! I couldn't have asked for better service!!!

Lisa Phillips is awesome, kind and patient with Seniors like us, my husband has Parkinson's and uses a CPAP machine and she so graciously and kindly helped us with everything we needed. I called to see if I could purchase a mask from them and I was told if I didn’t have a prescription there, they would not sell me one. I have bought them at numerous other places and I’ve never had this issue before. Good thing they are not in the health care industry wanting to help people.

If I lived in Cedar Rapids this is the place I would go for all my supplies! My husband and I were traveling, and I lost part of my mask set up- I was frantic because I've NEED my cpap to sleep at night. My O2 levels drop really fast if I am not using my machine, to dangerous levels. Sheila and Renee helped me calm down, and set me up with a clean free mask to use at the hotel. Free of charge! they are awesome and this is the place to go in Cedar Rapids!
