Casey's in Cedar Rapids, IA offers the best pizza delivery and pickup, featuring made-from-scratch dough, real mozzarella cheese, and fresh toppings. They also provide a variety of appetizers, sweet treats, drinks, and household essentials. Customers can even fill up their gas tanks with quality fuels at this convenient location. While the store is generally well-maintained and the staff is friendly, one customer has expressed concerns about a specific employee at the Mt. Vernon Rd location. This employee, referred to as "Mrs. Molasses," is described as having poor job performance and terrible customer service skills, to the point that regular customers have given her a nickname. The customer suggests that the manager should consider replacing this employee with someone more capable. Another customer had a positive experience, praising the staff for being friendly and efficient despite being busy and short-handed. The order was also completed correctly. The only issue mentioned was with the online payment system, which the customer suggests is better to handle at the counter. Overall, Casey's in Cedar Rapids provides a reliable and convenient experience for customers, with the exception of the concerns raised about a specific employee at one location.
