I walked in the store, the bathroom handle has rust on it, the floors look like they haven't been mopped in months, never have many drinks stocked, and are to overpriced

Rude workers not properly trained. Ask for receipt they print me someones gas receipt got drinks but was overcharged. Have never had a good experience.

I do not appreciate the level of unprofessionalism at this location. Not only were two employees arguing politics and both were yelling about stuff that is not actually happening ( both left and right bs) and launching personal insults at each other. But you could hear it across the whole store. What if my child had heard that. I am so sick of this hostile left/right division. Then the cashier told me if I don't like it, don't talk about it. That's not my point and I wasn't in the conversation. You are working in a public place, act like it. If you were talking to me like that, I would not allow the disrespect to stand, irregardless of why.

Over the last couple of months the doughnuts have improved. Make sure you get them early because people are starting to notice. Staff is very friendly as well. Upbeat environment. Well stocked and clean

This by far is the worst and most disgusting Casey's i have gone into in all of Iowa. No cups for coffee, one coffee machine broke the other out of beans, floors look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Just a trashy looking spot. I would buy any food from this place. Zero stars if it were an option.

Very poor customer service.I Don’t come to this Casey’s often but when I do it’s the same energy. Just fire the whole first shift . They seem very unhappy with their lives and positions at the company. I walked out the store after the rude cashier rolled her eyes at me while she huffed and puffed to get my item. That’s not the first time she has done it. Not even sure what her problem is . It’s ridiculous. I will not spend my money at this location ever .

This store doesn't open at 5am as posted, I work directly across the street and I frequent this place a lot and sometimes early in the morning before my shift is over. There needs to be more than one person to open the store so it can be ready on time.

Went there around noon today for gas. Black lady behind counter had the nastiest attitude. Don’t like your job? Get another one because customer service isn’t for you.

This Casey's has a bad track record of not making food, giving people the wrong food, undercooking pizza, and making pizzas wrong. On November 1st, I placed an order, when I went to pick up my food 30 minutes later, the person running the ovens has not even started making my order. On top of that, he was standing there playing on his phone. I'm a truck driver, I don't have time to work on a lazy person's time, I just put in 16 hours of work and been awake for 19, and I have to be up for another 14 hour day less than 8 hours after this encounter. I would avoid this store if I could, and I generally do. Go to ALL LENGTHS to avoid getting food here.
