This is your typical convenience store and gas station. Their prices are competitive to most other convenience stores. The hot meals are pretty good and the time of the day determines what hot meals are available.

With the exception of the gentlemen who usually works nights and I believe a semi new employee because this is the first time I’ve ever seen him the rest of the employees that work here are rude and disrespectful…..I ask a question and get a slick, semi-rude answer. They don’t clean up around the store, they talk about their home life issues in front of customers, I mean, I could go on and on, but I won’t. Here’s what I will do. I would rather, and will, take my business, through a blizzard, thunderstorm, or 100 degree heat to the nearest Kwik-Star, than have to deal with that. I’m 51 years old, I’m not some kid, I show respect and expect respect, especially when I’m a paying customer. Oh and by the way, thank you to the employee that did help me while the other 4 just stood there.

Today was the first day I visited this location. The breakfast pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a while and the breakfast burritos looked like they were about half the size of other Casey's. When I went to check out, the person at the counter was running between registers and having a conversation at the other register than I was at. I finished my transaction and when I asked for a receipt, the person at the counter sighed and didn't say a word. When I asked if there was any issue with getting a receipt, they said no. They did apologize for the sigh and told me it was not about me, but it sure felt like the conversation at the other register was more important.

The lady was nice yes but rude at the same time don’t know how to explain it! She was on the 2nd register I asked which one she pointed at the other one was clearly this one is closed than she’s on her ear piece while she’s working and talking to the person on the phone and yes I’m glad she asked for a id and I said I can go back out side and get it she was a little rude about me going to get it I told her I was calling the general manager she said go right ahead gave me her name and I clearly was so disappointed how she acted I didn’t even catch her name said you don’t even have to get gas here knowing I was gonna go get my id

Picked up a taco pizza (full price) and cheese sticks. Looked inside to see if it was the correct; I noticed that the crust was barely even cooked.. it looked like raw dough. I said something to the kitchen employee, who gave it to me/ made it and he told me “my bad”

Ordered pizza at 715 went to pick it up at 745 an the lady told me that had not even started making it because someone called an canceled their pizza so they were eating it an that they had to make a new one because that customer called back an said they wanted it im not the type to complain but im pretty sure ur not hired their to do nothing an take ur sweet time doing what u want when u want

Ordered pizza on the Casey's app at 10:01 was called by employee at 10:06 and told the kitchen closed at 10 although it plainly said 10:30 so I immediately called the Casey's at F ave & Ellis and was well taken care of thanks guys
