Went in to pick up pizza guy in the kitchen is saying it’s not fit to feed the homeless, my son asked if it was the Black olive pizza and the guy says yea must be yours figures? My son asks what do you mean by that, employee says well look at you and look at the pizza. No management to be found other employees think it’s funny including register person. May not come back. Even though I moved here and close to where I live I believe better to go down the street. Always people hanging out around entrance and one cashier thinks he can curse and carry on. Things in cooler don’t ring up as prices with posted coupon then your a hassle to them. You can never find a straw that hasn’t been soaked in coffee or something and lids for your drinks are another challenge.

Caseys has gone downhill in the past few years, and this store is a prime example of it.
Store says it's open at 4am. I stopped by at 4:15 for gas and all of the pumps are closed.
Went inside to wash my hands once and there was a homeless guy letting his dog drink out of the sink.
I get that this store isn't in a great location, but I'd much rather drive a bit further just to not have to go here.

They mislabel their e15 gas as regular gas so you can easily get tricked into destroying your car

Pizza in warmer was over an hour and a half old. Nothing else in the warmers and a small selection of doughnuts .

It depends on who's working. Some of the people that work at Caseys are friendly and some are not so friendly

Never had a complaint about Casey's. The people there work really hard and the food is amazing. The staff are very friendly.

ordered a small pizza at 11:32 and was supposed to be a 15-20 min wait, didn't get my pizza until 12:05 and it was wrong

I get this Casey’s gets busy and I been here a couple times no problem but today, breakfast pizza was super burnt, cheese and crust was black, the soda Fountain was only putting out syrup, and it doesn’t look like anyone has done any store keeping. I also didn’t want to approach The employees, nothing that they did rather there was only one person running the register and one person in the kitchen and they were busy so I didn’t wanna bother them. When I stop into these places, I’m on my way to work and I don’t have time to stop at another place. I suggest if anyone stops here please have time to do so. Peace out

Placed a national pizza day order via app at 11:42. Waited until the posted time to pick it up 2 hours later at 1:44 only to discover it hadn't been made yet.

This is the only gas station on my way to work. It takes 10 min. to get in and out!! Only one register person. There is 8 people in line and no one will come help. I am now over this store and will travel an extra mile to go to Kwik Star where you can get in and out faster.

There is always about 8 people in line at 630 in the morning. It takes to long to stop here in the morning. I'm not sure why they don't plan ahead and open another register to get people out in the morning

There is a rude guy at the front and was hugging up on some girl who does the cooking in the back and I order a pizza waited 40mins they pay no attention to me don’t ask if I need help nothing but want to touch all up on each other this business needs to approve on guest satisfaction
