Placed a national pizza day order via app at 11:42. Waited until the posted time to pick it up 2 hours later at 1:44 only to discover it hadn't been made yet.

This is the only gas station on my way to work. It takes 10 min. to get in and out!! Only one register person. There is 8 people in line and no one will come help. I am now over this store and will travel an extra mile to go to Kwik Star where you can get in and out faster.

There is always about 8 people in line at 630 in the morning. It takes to long to stop here in the morning. I'm not sure why they don't plan ahead and open another register to get people out in the morning

Used to be a good location. Variety of pizza and now the pizza is always old and always sausage. I haven't seen anything but sausage pizza the last 5 times I have stopped in. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location with fresher pizza and a better variety

Capaccino machine is almost always dirty. Brought this to the manager Nate who became instantly confrontational and called me a liar even though security cameras would have proven me right.

i usually love Casey's, never had an issue before, but i went to this location for the first time.and the staff was terribly rude and unprofessional. I was shocked by their behavior. My mother(63) went into the store to buy cigarettes and happened to forget her ID. no big deal. she came out disappointed and since i(26) I had my ID I just decided to go in and buy them for her. Immediately, I walk in and ask for the 2 packs of cigs and she scoffs and rolls her eyes at me. Before she even says anything. Then she said, rudely, "ugh, are these for that one lady?" With a huge attitude. That upset me very much. I said yes they are, but it doesn't matter, I have my ID right here. instead of explain that they were recently stung and now have to ID everyone, and they can't sell to a third party, they were rude and verbally abusive to me. She kept interrupting me and talking over me in a mean voice. She just kept saying it doesn't matter i can't sell them to you. i was appalled by her lack of customer service skills and asked to speak to the manager. Not because of their ID rules, but because of how rude the lady was. I found it extremely unprofessional. instead of chastising her for her behavior he again talked over me and interrupted me and then finally explained the situation. by this point i was almost in tears and I demanded the number for his manager. you. do. not. scoff. or. roll. your. eyes. at. customers! Or anyone, for that matter! especially unprovoked. She just looked like she hated her job and didn't want to be there before I even asked anything. I Have no problem with rules and regulations, but I do have a problem with people in professional positions being rude to my mother and myself. When I worked in customer service, frankly, I would have lost my job for behaving that way. The manager and the register girl, both. I can't believe this behavior is tolerated in a professional setting. The manager was literally mad at me for responding emotionally instead of being mad at the employee for provoking me. What?! I wasn't rude to her, she was rude to me! I will not be returning to that store and I hope they hire more polite employees in the future. -disgusted and disheartened

Great place with some awesome people, and really convenient place too. One of my go to options when in town.

A brand-new Casey's with the friendliest staff of all of the other Casey's in C.R. put together. Clean and sharp, the store is always ready for business. Drawback? Not a 24-hour Casey's. Food was delicious. Service was great and staff super friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

As a rule it’s a great store, friendly staff. But opening on time and getting food out on time a few days a week is getting old. Why keep putting a person on opening shift when they are always late, or as a cashier for opening when they are late then too. Sat in my car for over 30 minutes this morning before the cashier showed up, then had to leave or be late for work. Sunday and Mondays there is never anything made and out at 5:15.

Prepare to wait in line. The older ladys at the front are completely oblivious to how many people are in line and never call for help. I'm in there weekly and this has been going on for a long time. Something has to change. If it doesn't I'm going to start getting really rude with the help. Remember this review when I come in next time. You will remember me. It shouldn't take 15 minutes in a line... seriously 15 minutes.
