Tried to buy a coffee before work but I couldn't because the manager had her two employees out front having a meeting in front of the door while she smokes her cigarettes. Gross. I don't wanna walk through that to get into your store.

Pizza wasn't even started until 5 minutes before pickup time. Got my pizzas 15 minutes past pickup time. This happens all the time at this location. I'm doing Papa John's from now on. Casey's lost my pizza business and all my other family members too. We don't even get gas anymore after water in the tanks from this location too a few years ago. Two thumbs down 👎👎

Added something to my order after the fact over phone after placing order on app. Call was choppy, but the person I talked to was incredibly patient. Got me the thing I forgot to throw on to the order, even though he had to do a lil BS to get it figured out.

If your car requires Premium Fuel stay away from here. This location DOES NOT have Premium Fuel. ATTENTION: 87 Octane, and Ethenol are your only options at this gas station. Go somewhere else. Ethenol is garbage fuel for crappy cars.

If I could rate 0 it would be. Have had two of the worst experiences when ordering from this Casey’s. First time they called me 5 minutes before my order was due for pick up to tell me that they couldn’t make a taco pizza. Okay, cool. I understand things happen. I continue to stop at this location almost daily for pizza slices amongst other things. Last week, I’m assuming someone was new because all the pizza in the rotator was burnt. Again, I get it. Now tonight, we ordered pizza for our family and upon arriving at the correct time, they stated they didn’t have an order. Come to find out, they didn’t replace their printer paper and didn’t get our order. My husband asked how long it was going to be and they proceeded to tell him they had a lot of orders ahead of ours. At this point he asked for a refund and had to wait for the manager to get there. While waiting for the manager two employees stood behind the register, talking about my husband, loud enough that he and everyone else in the store could hear, as well as myself on the phone with him. As if he/we didn’t have a reason to be irritated. Not like we didn’t have kids at home waiting for dinner that we should have had 45 minutes ago at this point. When the manager arrived, they offered to go make our pizzas right then or provide a refund but we had already placed an order elsewhere. The employees need to do better. Honestly I was mad about the situation but then to sit and run their mouths openly in front of customers… get a new job because obviously customer service isn’t in your blood. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years and I WOULD NEVER. The unprofessionalism and rudeness due to THEIR incompetence to do their job, is infuriating. We will no longer be do business at this location. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:46 and my husband is just now leaving that location to head to another to get our food at 6:30.

I’ve never had terrible Casey’s pizza. Until tonight. Decided to try a new location to order from and chose this one. Never again. The pizza was extremely dry, almost burnt. If I wanted a crunchy pizza I would’ve bought a Jacks pizza from the freezer aisle for way cheaper. Even my kids didn’t eat it. Do not order food here.

Car wash is down for a while although closed sign is not there so be careful to back up from the entrance through the sharp carved drive way or walk to check it before driving in. Called several times to check and got poor responses. I believe a manager there got tired of my calls!!I believe I wasted my December membership.

Clerks will not take their eyes off their phone while they ring you up. Bathrooms are usually vandalized. It's never convenient. Always have to go inside for a gas receipt

If I wanted a cheese pizza, thats what I would of ordered. Instead all the ingredients were put in the center of pizza. Box was covered in grease.

We ordered for delivery and then got a call immediately from Casey's stating that they couldn't make the pizza because their oven was down, and tried to make us cancel online, I ended up not being able to cancel and I called them back, after 10 minutes of attitude because she couldn't figure out how to cancel it, she just says "ugh I'll just make the pizza". if you could make it in the first place, then why make me cancel my order?
