As soon as I walked inside the store with my husband the male clerk with no teeth and a face full of hair instantly profiled us and became rude and aggressive towards us. His other coworkers tried apologizing but the damage was already done and we will no longer be returning as long as he works there

Anonymous Rating: Never Go To 380 33rd ave Casey’s here’s why: disrespectful management.
I have an issue with management at this Casey’s location, the manager was always rude to the employee with tattoos on both of his arms, he had a piercing on his eyebrow, he always worked in the kitchen, and if he ever saw a line building in front he always helped bring the lines down helping the manager and other employees on register, the manager always yelled at him telling him he needs to move faster, he needs to pick up the pace, she has told two other customers that he is mentally incapable of doing his job but he is a hard worker, I ordered a pizza and it was absolutely delicious because he made it and he was very considerate of food allergies and management got upset at him for following instructions.
there was another day I went in he was working in the kitchen and she yelled at him because he was the only one in the kitchen taking care of four different door dash orders at once, telling him he does not know what he is doing, when he finally was offered to take a breather he grabbed something to eat and she touched his face a manager is never supposed to touch an employee under any circumstance. I kindly went up to him and asked if he was okay and he looked uncomfortable.
Another incident I seen her corner him by the fryer and his entire arm was almost dipped in the hot grease.
After that incident I never saw him in that Casey’s again, so I hope he is okay and I hope that manager gets fired.

The store manager was completely rude and inconsiderate of their employees as one of the employees was trying to leave for family matters and the manager snapped on that employee, family is important that is unacceptable. The managers name is deaka I believe. They shouldn’t be manager if that’s how they treat employees infront of customers

I watched the manager yell at an employee for having a mental breakdown about family issues
The employee needed to go home to take care of these issues and deaka lost her cool on their employee that is completely unacceptable and irresponsible

Witnessed very unprofessional from the manager today on Aug 16 2024
I watched a manager I think named deaka or something like that snap on a staff member for having to go home do too family matters involving a possible death … causing staff to have mental breakdown on her way out …
This is just sad to witness and if that’s the energy the managers carry then there is a clear problem I’ve also witnessed this same manager treat other staff in very unprofessional ways

The staff here is very friendly. This location I think has a unique design inside and outside. The inside has the newer all red wraparound with “ Casey’s Here for Cedar Rapids” in the cooler area. The Sign is quite unique as it has 2 poles leading up to the Priceboard and Casey’s sign. I saw the Fountain Drink Machine was working in nice condition. But the lid area (Medium lids door looked like it was about to break off, and Large/X-Large door was gone.) The store itself I think is in a good location off I-380. The staff said “Hi” when I walked in which I waved back. I hope this location can continue to be a great stop for everyone heading South/North on I-380.-Shy_Gun670

If I could give out zero stars I would every single day they don’t never have nothing ready night crew always on the phone playing rap music or outside smoking and drinking the store is always dirty and floor looks nasty and I seen a couple of roaches I bet the way they leave the store I bet they house look worse I’m making this review and calling cooperate in the morning

Haven't had a great experience with the selection or availability of hot food items at this Casey's location, but I do love Casey's. I just choose to go to the Edgewood location because it's better maintained.

Ordered a pizza half pepperoni half Canadian bacon. And boneless wings. Got pepperoni and pineapple pizza and bone in wings. Called to tell them the pizza is wrong and the guy argued with me saying that's how I ordered it but my receipt says otherwise. Finally got them to remake my order and now they're demanding we come pick it up when we ordered delivery in the first place.
