I been going to that Casey's for years....Now that it's full of teenagers the service is terrible.... They are all to busy talking to each other and not the customer's. I ordered tenderloins 2 wks ago and they were left out on the table. Nobody in the kitchen when the kid did come back in he smelled like pot.. they are all to busy outside... Then you got a employee that has a ear buds in and talking on her phone the hole time.. I ordered pizza last night and went to use my Casey's cash and the guy didn't know how to do it..made me do two transactions. But everything was the same price.... Very poor service and under managed... They lost my service....

They didn't know how to print a gas receipt. All sandwiches were expired and no carbonated water for fountain drink machine. Worst caseys I have ever been too. Rude cashier

Stopped to grab a drink and snack but decided against it. I just left because as I'm walking up to the food I hear the manager yelling about mold being all over the bread and yelling about firing someone because they are supposedly the careless one but why just the one person when you have multiple employees - actively 4 employees while I was here so it took this long for you to realize the mold 💀👀 sounds like a whole team type thing..

They really need to clean out the parking lot, trailers left for weeks, people living in campers, and personal vehicle left in parking spots to hold them.

The service for getting pizza is terrible. Not only this Casey's but others as well have done this. I order online, arrive at the given time, THEN they pull the ticket and start making the pizza. I like the pizza but not at the expense of wasting my time. It won't happen again because I am done with Casey's.

I ordered my food and came on time to pick up my order. Ended up being more than 10 minutes late and the store wasn't even busy. Will probably get pizza from another location from now on.

The kitchen staff yelled at me for taking a taste sip of pop. The breakfast pizza was cold and undercooked. What a waste of money.

Nothing more aggravating when you try to call, so you can place an order, and the phone is off the hook!! Called for 2 hours straight!

Service was good cashier was friendly but the kitchen staff could learn some manners. I was letting them know black stuff was coming out of the soft drink dispenser and he decided to be rude to me. So rating will be low until he is properly trained on how to deal with people who are trying to make sure people don't get sick.
