I live close by so I’m in this store all the time and my experiences just get worse and worse. They’ll quote you 30 min on a pizza then when I walk in to pick it up, oops they forgot about my order they nod and grunt towards my raw pizza just now going into the oven. Wonderful. They won’t open another register until the line is 8 people deep. And you better pray you get a competent cashier or else you’ll watch a painful display of button mashing and quizzical looks. But hey they open at like 4am so there’s that.

They have an incorrect phone number listed for C street Cedar Rapids so they didn’t have my pizza when I went to pick up.

They’re selling expired products now. They’re systems seem to always be down or malfunctioning. This is not a place to go for good service or quality products, it’s worth driving across town to simply not have to go here. Happy to say today was the last time purchasing from this store.

I live 1 mile from this Casey’s and haven’t been in this store in 5 years. The gas prices here are always alot higher than everyone else, probably because they are the only gas station in the area. I can’t wait until the day they have competition.

Every single time I order from this location I have to wait an additional 15-30 minutes after I have arrived for pickup because they haven’t even started my order. Tonight I Received my pizzas looking like my 3 year old niece made them. I just don’t understand how this location is even still open. This is beyond unbelievable. Hopefully everyone else who ordered from there tonight had a better experience than I did.

Was here at 4:30pm. 12 people in line and the guy in the kitchen couldn't come out to help. I guess the cheese curd prep was more important.
