This is not the first or even the second time this has happened, but the third and I am fed up with it. Ordered a pizza through the caseys app said it would be done in 20 minutes, waited a half hr went to the store to pick it up and the lazy woman/people in the kitchen haven't even started it yet. Said that I had to wait at least another half hr before it was done. This is the third time this has happened to me and it is absolutely unacceptable! If you want a caseys pizza DO NOT order from 16th ave!

I was trying to ask questions about the breakfast pizza, but the lady assisting me kept interrupting multiple times. She seemed to assume she knew exactly what I was trying to say and didn't let me finish my questions. Instead of answering my queries, she consistently cut me off. As soon as I finish this review, I'm calling another Casey's to order the 8 breakfast pizzas I was trying to get here.

The 2 ladies working today around noon were amazing!!! The cashier and the kitchen clerk. They went above and beyond to help me. It’s nice to know good customer service is still around. They both deserve a big raise!!! Thanks again?

Your standard convenience store. I believe there are 14 different pumps here so you can usually find one available to get gas from. They do have pumos where you can get diesel from as well. There is an air station that is free to use if you need tbat. Inside they have the standard deinks and snacks that you find any convenience stores. Place is always clean and welcoming.

Ordered pizza online but my fault for not looking when I was completing order. Girl in the kitchen was very nice and said she would remake correct one but told her it was ok and nevermind because I had hungry kids. The young looking guy and girl at register was rude and disrespectful. No customer service at all. They looked liked they didn't want to be there

I ordered a thin crust I made it very clear that I wanted extra sauce.I don't know how there could be less sauce on this pizza .This is my second pizza here . Last time reg crust ordered extra sauce . Very little if any sauce on that one also.Sauce very important to me to make it chewable for me.

Pump would not work. Tried pushing help button but found out when I went inside that the cashier said it only works sometimes. Just wait and the pump will cancel itself. Pulled to new pump and it would not take of fuel discount from Caseys rewards after entering my phone number.

No customer should ever ask an associate a question and be told in a bored tone that 'It's always like that' and end the sentence.No explanation, no fix for the customer, no desire to even lift a finger. A complete dismissal.So, kid, let me tell you, you're behavior was unacceptable. Your job is to assist the customer, not lean on the corner and doing as little as possible. When a customer asks a question, do your job!Respect is given when respect is earned. You are not a respectable associate for Caseys.

Went to grab a slice of pizza and a pop about 30 minutes ago. The cashier put his hand in the back of his pants and proceeded to scratch his backside. He took his hand out, ( you could smell it wasn’t clean ) and proceeded to touch my pop and give me my cash back. I Will never go back to this store and very tempted to call corporate.

We want for walking today to and I told Children to stop by Casey's and buy something they would like.And we did that, but when we was talking by the door we saw two little boys walking outside to the Casey's and after they saw us they wanted to talk in car. We didn't know what they was talking, after couple minutes we saw another three boys coming back go to the car. After I saw that I told kids to wanted inside, I had to call home to come get us to the Casey's please this days outside it's not safe like before we were walked out of afraid, right now it's so hard, we need to be Be careful.

I dont know if it is just this specific Casey's or Casey's in general but the pizza has went downhill. 8 months ago, got the worst Supreme pizza I have ever had. It was thin, soggy and undercooked. Decided to give the pizza another try and again undercooked, and hardly anything for toppings. Extremely disappointed, definitely will never be ordering pizza from this location again.
