Derek was extremely patient in explaining everything wrong with my vehicle. He kept me updated everyday and was super polite and cordial. He also facilitated additional requests without hesitation. Thanks Cassill!

I never have any problems counting on the service team at Cassill’s. Once the sales team explained how their warranty works, every time I have a question, I call Mike or Anna or Jarrod and they fit me in and help me.

Awful. Pathetic. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I have worked in management at a car dealership before and this is not how business should be run.Let me start back when I bought my car. I bought my ford escape from Cassil in Spring of 2022. Right after I bought it, I realized it had both mechanical issues and plenty of cosmetic issues - weather stripping loose, broken mudflap, window seals coming off, etc. I made an appointment for Cassil to fix within the 90 day warranty period. They fixed one mechanical issue and nothing else, although they had promised to address everything. I called back to voice my concerns and told them that I wanted to trade in this car asap before the value depreciates, they agreed to help me, I gave them my vehicle criteria and they told me they’d find something for me. After me calling many times and them not returning my calls, I gave up.I decided to deal with the issues because I didn’t want to deal with Cassil anymore.Fast forward to about a year later, my car starts to have smoke coming from the exhaust upon start up. I had them check this issue when I took it in for an oil change. They said nothing was wrong which I knew was untrue because THERE WAS SMOKE COMING FROM THE EXHAUST PIPES. They told me to keep an eye on it and come back if it continued. Well, obviously it continued so I brought it back two weeks later. They had my car for AN ENTIRE WEEK to diagnose the issue saying that it was a turbo that needs replaced. First they quoted me for the issue which was over $2,000, I then did my own research and found that this issue is covered under the Power Trained Warranty provided by Ford. So they tried charging me thousands for an issue that is covered by the manufacturer.It gets worse.They made an appointment at Ford for one week later and told me it was unsafe to be driving my car until the issue is fixed. So, I had been driving around an unsafe car with my child in it this whole time. I took it back for the appointment at Ford, called a few days later to check in, was told they had it back and Ford couldn’t confirm the issue and their mechanics were taking a look at it again. Never got a call back. I called again a few days later and the person on the phone told me my car was still at Ford and they hadn’t gotten it back. I called her out and said you guys have had it back from Ford for three days, so has it just been sitting there? She eventually called me back to tell me I could come get my car and that I should just keep an eye on it and smoke coming from the exhaust is normal.So, I go to pick up my car with my husband, explain what’s been going on, they tell me to take the car home and they will investigate and call me back. They called me back and had me take my car back to Ford the next day and told me this would be a two day ordeal. One week later, I call to check in and they say Ford was able to confirm that the turbo needs replaced and that they have the parts in stock and will get it fixed early next week (they had already had it a week at this point). I wait until Thursday of the following week to check in, checked in twice and didn’t receive a response. Called over the weekend and was told they didn’t know what was going on with it and it’s still at Ford. Then, the following Monday I called to check in again and they still didn’t know what’s going on with it and it’s still at Ford.One week later, I call again. They call me back later that day and tell me “Ford just got one of the parts in and the others will bet there tomorrow”. I ask when it will be done, then no response and I’m being ignored at this point. Now I finally hear that it will be another week before it’s even worked on.I know at this point they are waiting on Ford, but you’d think that with a customer who has had this many issues with service that they would prioritize and stay on top of this so I can have my car back. Cassil has had my car for AN ENTIRE MONTH for this issue.I will never be returning to Cassil for any service or vehicle purchases. What a shameful business.

My family has bought 3 cars and had excellent assistance from Larry Nelson and the crew! The recent communication system implemented has been wonderful and I get my questions answered in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Cassill Motors if you are looking for a future vehicle. They have taken good care of the last 8 years!

The last service job on my car it was 2 hours. Repair guy hot side tracked doing another task. They gave me a small discount for the wait. They also told me about more work that needs to be done. Today I've been in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours. I asked why my luv nuts are smashed and was told that happens on Fords. They told me I needed to replace 5 of them. They don't want me to get stranded on the side of the road and not be able to get them off. So I'm sure this is why the long wait! Ridiculous! Will not be returning and will definitely not recommend!

My boyfriend and I worked with Josh while looking for cars, and he was very helpful with showing us cars around our budget and ideal mileage. I did end up finding my dream car at another lot, however the cars we did take to our mechanic to double check did get great feedback from him as the repairs he could see were done in the correct ways. Still wanted to give a good review as they were very responsive about scheduling test drives and I would definitely refer others there as well!

Excellent service for my oil change today! Onna was so friendly as all staff is at Cassill. I recommend them to everyone. They treat me like family and their efficient service is top notch!

My sister and I took a car care class a couple weeks ago and we came away with so much good information! Jay, who led the class, was an amazing teacher. He was very clear in his explanations, open to questions, and passionate about his work. If I ever need car service, Cassill Motors will be my first stop!

I want to thank Cassill Motors for helping me straighten out my Show/Drift car. They really went above and beyond my expectations! Every person I came in contact with brought a smile to my face. I'd like to also give a huge shout out to their service manager and their head mechanic, through my experience with them and others within the facility they have earned a lifetime customer! I will be bringing in the rest of my vehicles for regular maintenance and mechanical work in the future. They jump the gun on work that isn't authorized and charge ridiculous amounts for simple tasks, DON'T take your car there unless you DON'T need it for over 2 weeks when the work only really takes a day.

I work for the company Carfax and my parents who live in Iowa wanted to get into a newer vehicle. My dad mentioned that he really liked this dealer from listening to them on a radio program. This dealer treated them great and they are very happy with their purchase. The dealer was fair on the price and gave them good money for their trade. There were no hidden fees that were disclosed at a different time. I took sometime to read about them on their website and the things they do for their customers. I am writing this review for my parents as they asked me to. Great people and awesome job having many photos of the vehicle online. If they have the vehicle your looking for I would highly recommend them.
