The young man who helped me fax insurance documents was a God send. I was lost, and he made the process so easy. He said his job is basically to help people, and he enjoys it. Well, he is extremely good at it! I am sorry I don't remember his name, but he will be the one with a kind smile on his face.

There are good people that go here sometimes during the day that are really down on their luck, but the Library staff couldn't be kinder and more non judgemental, treating them like actual people.And as far as a modern library goes it is top notch
