I haven’t been to a dentist in 16 plus years and with convincing from my daughter I made an appointment with Dr. Watson and the experience I had was better than I had expected.I did not feel judge for not going to a dentist and felt very comfortable at the office. So please if you are needing to go to the dentist and it has been a long time trust me you will be accepted and made to feel comfortable.

I had my first appointment here after not seeing a dentist for around 5/6 years. Everyone was really nice, answered all my questions, and constantly made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing.The pricing was really fair and I plan to have this dentist be my main going forward for as long as I live in the area for the foreseeable future.Would highly recommend if you have anxiety with dentists, they are very accommodating.

First visit, everyone was exceptionally friendly.I do not need 4 texts as a reminder for my appointment. I also don't need a text and email prompting a review. It's excessive.They don't check insurance prior to doing anything. Don't expect them to hold off on something if your insurance won't cover it.They didn't get my records and didn't call me to let me know. Of course they took the 1 pano I get every 5 years, 200 dollars, when I had one last year. It's a money grab. "You can come back when we get your records." No. You can clean my teeth just having bite wings. You don't need a pano, and if you do, request it prior to my appointment. Money driven office that took the 1 pano I get every 5 years when I didn't need it. Now if I have something go wrong I'll have to pay for one. Not patient centered care.

Another great experience at the Cedar Rapids Smile Center. Hygienist Andrea and doctor Yossi made my twins experience wonderful. I love that you get to work with the same people each time you come - they know your family so well that it doesn’t feel like just another appointment to get done!

We have had several homes, and I have experienced several dentists over 40 years . CRSC dentists and staff are patient, kind and offer the best dental care I have ever received.My entire family has enjoyed the great attention to detail in all areas of care. They deserve a rating of 5 stars every day of the year.

If you're looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend CR Smile Center. The staff was amazing! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything. I even got a wonderful welcome gift.
