The clerk was too busy with what was going on around her, she wasn't focused on me. She asked what I wanted and she was doing something so I thought she was completing my transaction but she wasn't. She then asked me again what I wanted and unfortunately she didn't fulfill my needs so she had to do the transaction again.

I was at Collins on thursday, 10/17 with my mom. I am on her account but was unable to log on to the app. The sweetest teller helped by taking the time (and patience) to help me navigate the app. Not to mention, she helped my mom conduct her business. Thank you so much!

Trying to order checks from this bank. They want to know how many BOXES of checks that you want to order. I asked how many checks are in a box. Unfortunately the recording can not tell you that info. So I chose an option that I thought a human being would answer the phone . No one answered the phone. All you have is an automated message. No one answered.

The clerk was not friendly at all, and it almost seemed that it was an inconvenience to be there. Definitely didn't make us feel welcome. I was not happy with how she treated myself and my son.
