Computer Heaven is an eclectic place with a unique and surprising primary area. The owner and staff are very friendly, polite, professional, personable, and quite chatty. They are honest and straightforward, knowing what they are doing. Service is fast, with repairs completed in record time or within an hour. They provide diagnostics and are willing to explain how to fix issues yourself. They stand by their work, allowing customers to return right away if concerns persist. Prices are reasonable, and they are fair, even performing no-charge repairs when possible. Customers enjoy the great conversation and the cute dog. The experience mitigates anxiety and leaves customers looking forward to doing business there again, with many stating they will return in the future.
Went in just a couple days ago with a problem we had no idea how to fix. Owner was super friendly and was able to diagnose our problem within a day and our computer has been working great since!
Would definitely reccomend this place, and would 100% come again if we needed!

I'd brought in a little audio recorder to see if he could get the files off. He wasn't able to, and when I picked it up he didn't charge me anything! He's also friendly & personable, which is icing on the cake.
