I scheduled an appointment online to get my eyebrows waxed. I arrived early, so I expected a bit of a wait, but when 3 other customers came in after me without appointments & got in before I did, that was really disappointing. I had selected next available stylist when I scheduled my appointment, so I shouldn't have had to watch 4 stylists finish with their current clients, check the computer, & watch them decide to do other things or take other people back ahead of me. If walk-ins are going to get better treatment than appointments, then what's the point in scheduling an appointment?! Luckily, I had no issues with the stylist that finally finished with a phone call & decided to take me back for my waxing. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me at this location. I guess I may have to start going elsewhere.

My husband and I both enjoy going to this Cost Cutters. Jodi is a gem. I have taken my grandson to a different Cost Cutters and they were really great with him, catering well to his sensory issues. Cost Cutters has been good to us!

First time here, just a wash, haircut and blow dry, but the stylist was friendly, and did a great job! They offer a lot of services here. I'll be back for sure!
