They don’t have anyone answering the phone so you have to leave a message for them to call back to schedule. Which is a huge inconvenience in the first place but I’ve left a message 2 days in a row with no return call, guess they don’t need the business!! Would NOT recommend

I brought my dog here for the first time and they did a wonderful job. He came back happy, clean, and well taken care of. I love the use of a 'report card' and that they post a photo of your animal during their appointment. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

We scheduled our first appointment a few weeks before Christmas, unfortunately June, my toy poodle, did not take well to it..at all. I was almost embarrassed to try and come back. After we got her on some anxiety meds, we went back. They were totally cool with me sitting in the waiting room waiting for her, and she ended up doing much better. She still has some room for improvement, but Shelly, and both receptionists, both times were just so nice about everything. We will definitely be back

Toni, was amazing! I had called super early for an emergency situation I had going on, and she was beyond amazing at being able to help me out when I really needed it. She was able to get my moms dog in and groomed with a very very short notice and provided me with a bunch of information I would need.Definitely would recommend CR Grooming to anyone who needs their doggo looked after or for grooming needs. Very professional and courteous.

I didn’t post photos of her privates that were knicked. Or the text from the manager… But this is still extremely upsetting. Traumatized and hurting is how I received my pup. But not before the groomer dipped out before I saw my girl. Her ears weren’t trimmed and the receptionist stated the groomer had gone outside, so another person did the hack job on her ears. How can I claim unsatisfactory when the groomer left before I saw my dog? Management stated the groomer was due to leave at that time because she had kids. Yet their policy states if someone is unhappy with their groom, to say something before leaving the property. Hmm. Grateful my dog will never be brought to this place again. Be warned, it could happen to your pup.

I bring my Huskies here to get groomed every couple of months, CR Grooming does a great job with them! My older husky is very anxious about grooming but they always do a great job with her. Highly recommend!

It's a great place to take your pets very friendly an caring. I have a 10 yr old Siberian husky and her legs aren't that strong pluses she has a tumor on her eyelid they r very good with her.

Hard to find a groomer who knows just what I want. Smells in there too. Staff is friendly and the cost for a cut is better than allot of other places.
