Diamond and staff treated me very well today! Great to met you and thank you for reviewing my bill with "they who shall not be named!" If you recall I was the man with the flier (keeping from name dropping-I'd like Cricket in the spotlight) I have worked as an RN for 15 years and in the IT world as well. You see dedication when you see it! See you next week for our meeting.--Do NOT let Diamond ever go! Oh--I connected your adddress on Google for you. Didn't show on a rando search.

Once the person showed up to open (10 minutes late), she had wonderful customer service skills. There was a constant stream of people coming in to do business. She was tied up with the very first person and could not take care of anyone else (there were 4 people in store waiting besides me).I also had a complicated issue, so I let people go ahead of me who just wanted to pay their bill. After 7 people that just kept filing in, I finally said I have to get my phone taken care of so I can go.She understood my problem and rectified it immediately by helping buy a new phone. She needs help during the beginning of the month.Reply to Cricket response:The only thing I was upset about was her not being on time. As far as the rest, it is not her fault being there alone. I allowed the people to go ahead of me because they only had to pay their bills. I was 2nd in line, I could have been selfish and said, "No, you are taking care of me next. I was here first."So please do not put words in my mouth and assume my whole experience was bad.If you as a company would pay attention to when the busy times of the month are and have two people in the store, that would be most helpful. It doesn't make much sense to have two workstations in a store and never have 2 employees on duty.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and the lady was immediately dismissive. She was absolutely rude and didn’t even try to be helpful.

My phone died...of course as soon as I got to the Cricket store it awoke. Explained the problem to Dennis and he gave some options with great explanation. I couldn't get it fixed right then but will go back when Dennis is available and get my new phone. Great service and courteous. Recommend

Avoid this store at all costs! Tiffany, one of the "managers," is the rudest, most unfriendly, salesperson I've ever met in my life! When I had numerous questions over a period of a few days, she got very impatient, frustrated, mad and condescending with me - even though that is her job. She treated me like she didn't even like me. I reported her to the higher-ups. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to the Blairsferry store instead. The people there are a lot more friendly and helpful.

went to the front door because they said they open at 10 a.m. There was a sign that says "sorry for any inconvenience had to run to the bank". I waited 30 minutes to see if anybody was coming back. nobody returned to the store. I left very displeased very mad. why would you have an open sign on if no one's there.
