The pharmacist was very busy, on the phone, explaining things to other people, giving vaccines, filling new orders, etc. Her patiences that day were soooo amazing. She had great eye contact, caring voice, kept smiling, always said “Is there anything else I can do for you?” I was very impressed!! I wish I could remember her name.

Pharmacy is horrible. I have gone here twice now and both times my prescriptions were not ready after more than 24 hrs. The second time my prescriptions were called in by my vet for my dog. They didn't tell my vet they didn't have one of the meds. They didn't tell me when I called in to see if they were ready. When I went in to pick them up I was informed they needed a profile for my dog. I wasn't informed of this despite calling in 3 times. Finally when I checked out, I was informed they didn't have one of the meds. They are incompetent and indifferent, don't plan on returning.

Never have my medicine. Have 3 that on back order. If I could I would go back to Walgreens but my insurance company won't let me. Don't like cvs

The pharmacy is amazing here. I will only use CVS from now on because of them. It is so rare to see people care for others as much as they do. Elizabeth has went far and beyond out of her way to assist me since I started picking my meds up from there a year a go. It is really hard to depend on a medication just to survive each month. When I contact them...I do not feel as if I am a bother or a burden...but instead...they treat me like a person that has to struggle month in and month out with severe anxiety and depression. Thank you Liz and thank you to that amazing staff.

Apparently you need to go through the drive thru at this location. They will ignore customers at the counter for prescription pickup and take care of the drive thru first. Nobody at drive thru when I was at the counter then a car came and they took care of them a few minutes later another car came and they took care of them and still didn't take care of myself or the gentleman waiting at the counter. Still ignored us after the drive thru was empty. CVS is one of the worst when it comes to customer care and safety.

Not inclusive or respectful about their transgender clients. When picking up prescriptions was told there wasn’t a prescription for my brother. When we assured the staff there was. We were very disrespectfully asked “ what’s her other name?” by the doctor and tech. His file has been marked with his name for 2 years now. We will be looking to move our business elsewhere.

The only down side are the prices.....CVS has always been a bit pricey. Clean store, employees always friendly so the extra cost of the items are worth it

Horrible customer service. I had a UPS drop off. Nicole stated that I would receive a text confirmation or email. I gave her my phone number.I never received a text. She told me that it may come in in an hour. I called after not receiving the confirmation. She told me over the phone that she would most likely need to rescan it. I called the store four times no one answered. I called the pharmacy and had them transfer me to the front still no one picked up. When I got in the store the girl at the register told me they did not answer the phone because they had a lot of people in the store. Nicole told me when she came to the front that no calls went through( as in the phone never rang).I drove across town to speak to her to ask her if there was anything I needed to do to ensure I received a confirmation. She had a horrible attitude did not apologize or tell me anything besides “it’s not on our end”. I asked if I could talk to a manager to make sure that my package actually was going to be received. She told me her manager was just going to tell me the same thing that she told me.Very disappointed not only in the service but in the manner that she spoke to me. And the fact that I had to drive across town for a store employee To tell me it’s not on our end with no further information to see if the package was received or would be received. She also stated that I would need to take it up with UPS. I cannot call UPS to track a package that I don’t have a tracking number/confirmation number for. If my package is not received to where I shipped it to I will inquire about additional investigation because this entire process was very suspicious. She did not offer any additional assistance or options besides repeatedly stating that it’s not on her end.Lastly, not only was that a waste of my personal time at 7:30 at night but the additional stress and anxiety because of the poor customer service and communication was simply just not necessary and inexcusable. I honestly wish I would’ve checked the Google reviews before visiting the store. If I would have done so before I definitely would’ve chosen a different location. This sounds like this may be a corporate issue not only with staffing but with management.

Walked in to see if they had Hime Covid tests. I was greated with a snotty remark of No. Needless to say I dont think she liked the fact I came in at 750pm. I will not be going back to this pharmacy or store ever again.

Poorly managed. The manager with the accent was not very nice at all. This place needs to close down. It's becoming an eye sore.
