I HAVE HAD CONTINUOUS SUCCESS AND APPRECIATION FOR E EVERYTHING IN TERMS OF THE OPERATION OF C.V.S. ON CENTER POINT ROAD IN CEDAR RAPIDS. EXCELLENT CASHIERS, HELPFUL ATTENDANTS THAT PROVIDE PROPER GUIDANCE TO CUSTOMERS AND I HAVE USED COUPONS AND SPECIALS THAT HELP WITH THE COST OF ITEMS PURCHASED AT THE STORE. THIS IS A TREMENDOUS STORE AND I WILL BE BACK AT MY NEAREST CONVENIENCE!

Randy was extremely rude and uninformed of current CVS corporate policies. When I explained how the policy worked, he raised his voice with me and told me he worked at Wal-Mart and said he never heard of it. His attitude was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

This is the worst Pharmacy EVER!!! Every time I go to pick up a prescription there is a problem. They say come pick up in an hour, wait hour and a half and it's not ready. Or they don't have it in stock, so instead of letting you know so you can see if you can get meds somewhere else they just ignore it. Pharmacists and techs are rude and need to find another line of work because they are terrible at the job they have now!! I will be switching pharmacies!?

Was just told that vaccine they recommended last fall was 300 dollars and I owe them 55. Not once was this discussed with me!! And when I got perscription 90 days ago it was not discussed. No bill. Nothing from insurance company. Just a random charge just explained to me by pharmasist today. Infuriating. I would not use CVS but my work insurance makes me.

If your phones are down for a week then find an alternate number for customers to call. The staff was rude when I asked about their phones and my child who just told 18 had me help him try to figure out how to get one of his very important meds before he ran out!

The pharmacy is always slow and the staff is not very friendly. Today I tried picking up my son's meds which they have been out of for months. Since I still couldn't get the meds, the pharmacist actually told me my son just needs to retrain his brain so he doesn't need the meds. Are you kidding me??? She isn't a doctor and doesn't know anything about my son and why he needs the meds. I was so mad. They literally don't care. Find another pharmacy!

I went into CVS at around 9:10 pm and my husband and I found the individual that was working the counter to be rather rude. I asked him if he could please unlock the case so I could get the Miracle 10 gel for my hair. He did opened but when we got to the counter I realized, that I got the conditioner instead. So we had to walk back to the case to put it back , while I was looking for the gel. They didn't have it . I almost forgot I was still holding the conditioner in my hair and he rudely asked for me to give it back to him. His tone of voice and actions were very disrespectful and he yanked the conditioner out of my hand. It hurt my wrist a bit. If my wrist is still hurting in the morning , we will sue. This guy was not social at all and showed no interest of being there. Don't go to this CVS!!!

Not sure why the bad reviews because I've had nothing like the good service at the pharmacy! The store was certainly clean also. There wasn't something that a customer knocked off a shelf and walked away like a prior complaint.
