The pharmacy is always slow and the staff is not very friendly. Today I tried picking up my son's meds which they have been out of for months. Since I still couldn't get the meds, the pharmacist actually told me my son just needs to retrain his brain so he doesn't need the meds. Are you kidding me??? She isn't a doctor and doesn't know anything about my son and why he needs the meds. I was so mad. They literally don't care. Find another pharmacy!

I went into CVS at around 9:10 pm and my husband and I found the individual that was working the counter to be rather rude. I asked him if he could please unlock the case so I could get the Miracle 10 gel for my hair. He did opened but when we got to the counter I realized, that I got the conditioner instead. So we had to walk back to the case to put it back , while I was looking for the gel. They didn't have it . I almost forgot I was still holding the conditioner in my hair and he rudely asked for me to give it back to him. His tone of voice and actions were very disrespectful and he yanked the conditioner out of my hand. It hurt my wrist a bit. If my wrist is still hurting in the morning , we will sue. This guy was not social at all and showed no interest of being there. Don't go to this CVS!!!

Not sure why the bad reviews because I've had nothing like the good service at the pharmacy! The store was certainly clean also. There wasn't something that a customer knocked off a shelf and walked away like a prior complaint.

This has to be the most incompetently run pharmacy in all of CVS. Even though I receive text messages saying my prescription is ready, it never is when I attempt to pick it up. It's always it will be 15-20 minutes while we get that ready, can you come back or come back tomorrow.

It's have been a customer of cvs for over 20 years, I have never seen a store in this condition in my entire life! expired product in every department from food and snacks to toothpaste to vitamins from cosmetics to alcoho.. I've even unknowingly purchased expired tooth paste and food. this has been going on for months and probably beyond I just started to pay attention a few months ago. the store is never stocked properly. the store is a hazard just to shop large medium and small totes and boxes along with trash and carts of product throughout the store. not everyone checks dates and especially not on toothpaste or non food items and some one is going to get seriously sick or hurt shopping here. if it's a staffing issue close store until you can get adequate staff. I have reached out to sever managers over the past few months as well as email and called these conditions into corporate and have yet to hear back.

Always waiting 20+ minutes in the drive up line even if I'm the first or second car in line. Inside is only slightly faster. May need more staffing.

Friendly staff in the location, especially in the pharmacy part!! Had to get a prescription and I didn’t have to wait terribly long unlike the past when I was in Oregon. Keep up the good work!

Best pharmacy around. Even being short staffed, they still have orders ready pretty quick. Everyone’s nice and who doesn’t love CVS?!

I live around the corner from this CVS and have shopped here for 5 years. I don't typically have any issues, but today when I went in I picked up batteries which were on the rack in front of the red tag, and proceeded to walk to look at some snacks then back to the self-checkout area. The manager watched me the ENTIRE time then proceeded to ask me if I still wanted the batteries. I held them up in my hand (I had no other items and in no way was concealing them) and stood in front of the self checkout saying I had to check out. I told him I knew that and asked if the self checkout wasn't working and he said he closed it down because they were closing (they had 30 more minutes before close but whatever). I checked out and left then returned to tell him that treating a customer like they're trying to steal something was not the way to work and that talking to people like they're thiefs wasn't the way to talk to customers either. He then tried to tell me that I was supposed to ask for help with batteries not rip them off the rack. I told him I didn't rip anything off because it was in front of the red tag and I just picked them up. He told me I still needed to ask for help, and I asked him if even though the batteries I needed were sitting right there I needed to find someone in the store to pick them up and hand them to me? He said "I think the answer to that would be yes." So after clearly accusing me of doing something I didn't even do (remove the batteries by ripping the tag), and me telling him that wasn't the case rather than apologize he doubled down to say I needed to ask someone to pick up an item off the shelf and hand it to me instead of picking it up for myself. He also tried to tell me he didn't say the things he said about telling me I had to check out and turned away to mess with the self checkout.Hard to believe someone like that is the manager. I won't be returning to CVS. Walgreens or Hyvee work just as well and don't treat their customers like garbage. If he thought I was doing something wrong, he was behind me watching me and could have easily just walked up and asked "do you need assistance with the batteries," and saved this whole mess. Instead he acted creepy by staring at me while I was there and then rude via his abhorrent communication.

Employee at the pharmacy looked right at me waiting in line and continued to ignore me for 5 minutes. Employees continued to talk to their friends instead of assisting customers. Don’t come here unless you have time to wait.

One person in line ahead at pharmacy who took 15 minutes after I showed up to finish up... While getting to the front of the line they pull a curtain that says they are closing for lunch so come back... later.Came back a few hours later, one person already in line ahead, waited 15 minutes before being able to talk to anyone.

Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I made an online appt for a Covid booster, got there after my 30 minute drive only to find a sign on the door that said they were closed. I saw a few cars at the drive thru window so drove around and was told there that the system was down and they would call me when it was back up. I cancelled the appointment and went to HyVee Drugtown on Blairsferry. Everything seemed a little odd about the entire scenario.

By far the worst cvs I’ve ever been too . There is literally always one person in there walking around looking lost , the self check out wasn’t working so I walked to the back of the pharmacy to ask for help as I was having an emergency & the worker who was well over 500 pounds got irritated and wouldn’t even look up at me because she had to stop counting change to help me . Please teach your employees customer service before giving them a job !

I have filled my prescriptions at this pharmacy for 10+ years. I've lived in Iowa City, SE CR, and Marion in that timespan and still filled my scripts here just because I love the tech Bianca. She does not mess around!! Always so helpful and consistent. As I am moving out of state, I cried in the script drive-thru saying goodbye to my favorite technician and pharmacy team! Thank you for all that you do!
