The techs were great. Very nice and communicated well, specifically Anne was great. On the other hand one of the pharmacists was a terrible healthcare provider lacking empathy and basic people skills. She was not helpful and extremely rude, name not worth remembering.

Anne is the most amazing kind person. I’m not sure if this happened because she recognized me from when I worked at beauty and guest services but she payed for my prescription when the total was at least $60. I’ll never forget her generosity and it does not go unnoticed

One person at this location knows me by name, which is nice. But every one else seems to never be on the same page as anyone else. They accidentally "misplaced " an emergency seizure med on me, and because it's a controlled substance, I couldn't get it refilled for 30 days. Also, they almost always seemed to be out of one of my epilepsy meds. Switched over to HyVee, tired of running out of epilepsy meds, and then finding out they didn't have any in stock, and never being told. I had to call around and try to find a place that had them. Why, if someone has a life-threatening illness/issue, would you not tell the person that you don't have their med, until they had only 2 days left? Also, why wouldn't you notice and order more? If I go even one hour without taking my meds, I am at a huge risk for breakthrough seizures. I prefer to go to a pharmacy that doesn't run out, and actually orders the meds customers need.

I arrived for my 1st vaccination for COVID-19. When I checked in I was not required to show my identification nor my insurance card. I was shown to a Room and told someone to would be with me in just a few minutes. 30 minutes later, with nobody checking on me or even making eye contact, I finally managed to flag down a student. She was preparing to give a gentleman across the hallway who had just arrived his vaccine. What I asked how much longer it would be for me, she panicked, apologised profusely, and said they had forgotten about me. She then proceeded to give me the vaccine set for the gentleman who had just arrived. In all fairness, I did receive an apology email from someone... But when a pharmacist sends you an email with spelling and grammar errors apologising for what amounts to med mal, I tend to doubt their sincerity.Avoid this group at all costs. They don't care about their patients. They don't care about following proper medical protocol.

So I first went to CVS after they stopped supplying my meds in Washington. Had to online order because of the virus, which was a hassle because their website is all messed up and confusing, so ended up having to call. Every time it went to voicemail and they never got back to me! Finally drove all the way to the place but apparently they were closed!!! I can't believe a pharmacy would be closed at 830 pm.! Just go to Walgreen's, at least they let you in the store.

The pharmacist and pharmacist intern keep referring to me, the prescribed, in the third person. Every time I go there they say “She should take the medication with food” and “She should take this before bed.”\ \ When they did refer to me, they used the pronoun “they”.\ \ Would not recommend.

Probably the best CVS I've shopped in in several years. Newer store, super clean and organized, nice parking lot. Convenient location. Pharmacy was moderately busy and I had to wait a minute to purchase my decongestant, but no biggie. Staff was friendly. (Note: it is easier to buy a decongestant at Walgreens because the cashier doesn't need management approval.) The store manager who assisted at the main checkout was wonderful. She asked me if I was looking for anything (which I've never been asked in a CVS store) in particular. As a matter of fact, I was looking for some of the new Coca-Cola collegiate football bottles and she graciously checked back-stock to make sure there wasn't anything I wanted. I left with at least 20 coupons (yes, they are plentiful), so get that Extra Care card. Downside: not much time to use them. I tend to get coupons for make-up/vitamins so mine go unused. CVS is a lot less busy than Walgreens. Check the Sunday ads, sales, and clearance items. I always leave with way more than I intended. Recommend.

I recently had all of my meds transferred over from another pharmacy and it has truly been nothing but problems for me. For one they said that for every one I transferred over they had to go through and get a doctors approval, which was defiantly not needed. Now I went to refill another prescription and they're telling me they need another doctors approval for this prescription. I have never been so frustrated, and I am now transferring everything back to my old pharmacy and will drive an hour to get them, because they are so much more accommodating and helpful. I had high hopes and was happy I would have a prescription shop so close to me, but I would rather drive to avoid all the hassle.
