I go every year with my mom and this is the first year I have been so disappointed with my nails. I wanted almond shaped with white glitter for Christmas. I asked him to fix them and his way of “fixing” them was filing them to the point where they are all uneven. It looks like my nails have grown out and I just got them done 5 hours ago!

I’ve had to go back twice this time to have my nails fixed I left there thinking they were fixed and within ten min of leaving realized they weren’t. When I went in the girl who did my nails tried every excuse in the book every excuse being something that I did to them which I knew wasn’t the case bc they were like that as soon as I got home last time. I left with the same issues within minutes. It’s like the top coat changed the color of the polish in some areas. I’m just gonna go to a different nail place. I don’t have time to keep going back. I spent $70 on my nails. Total waste of money

The worst pedicure I have had since I moved here. This elderly woman did not use cuticle softener, she did not push back my cuticles and was so scared to cut with the nippers, that I am not even sure if my toes are clean. She never filed after cutting the nails and didn't even use a base coat before polishing the nails. She took forever, yet my toes do not feel done. Will not be coming back to spend $40 to have my toes painted.

I've been here a few times before while in town with my girlfriend. They usually are pretty good about accommodating walk ins, they offer appointments as well. We stopped by today and were disappointed with our service. We did the manicure service, 3 regular and 1 dip. 3 of the 4 technicians were good and attentive. One of the technicians was on her phone the entire service. Texting in between each nail, watching TikTok videos, little regard to the service or quality of the maincure. We were told the total was 105 but were charged $120 (no that didn't include the tip). I questioned but was told that was the price. Overall started fine but walked out disappointed and dissatisfied. Lots of color options which is good. Cleanliness is on the mediocre side.
