I went in to buy a pair of shoes along with other stuff, walked out with nothing bc after I was going to spend $280 they wouldn’t honor their own valid coupon for $10 off when it specified no restrictions on brand. Only restrictions were cannot be combined with other offers, which was not an issue. Also they aren’t super helpful when I asked if they had something, they told me to look online…….

Purchased shoes in January and needless to say, their staff are not helpful and disrespectful. You are there to help people when they have questions, yes opinions but they still help and not to be condescending. Reached out to the manager, she was thankful for the input and wanted to talk via phone. She never called. Now I’m sure like most of you, you have kids that are in sports and love shopping here; I know my son does but from the lack of respect and not doing what you said you were going to do, I’m going to travel the extra distance and go to Scheel’s. Disappointing in this as we are the type that like human interaction via ordering online and trying our luck with the purchase. If we didn’t want your employees help/opinions, we wouldn’t ask. Do and be better.

The guy in the shoe department paid absolutely no attention to any other customers I asked one lady how she got his attention she said she had to get in his face I also work in retail our number one priority is the customer this guy needs to show up for work and do his job I left because he was not helping me

Great store to get ALL KINDS of sports stuff. I personally find it to be a little bit expensive, but that's me lol. Great store otherwise!!

Reasonable variety of products. Almost nothing on sale. Only those unsold items like lime green polo shirts. I won't be back and I won't recommend it.

Quinn the golf manager got me set up with a nice pickleball ball racket,cover ,glove and balls. It was my first time in the store and I got everything I was looking for.

I had an issue with a product I ordered at this store that did not show up. i was first directed to call the customer service number. They were not helpful. I called the store back and spoke with a manager, she made everything better. She got my order taken care of without hesitation. Such great service and professionalism.
