Have tried to contact them but haven’t gotten through to anyone. Went on Friday to replace my tires, one of my old ones was still in pretty good condition and they recommended I keep it as a full sized spare. I said I wanted to keep it but didn’t want it put on a rim today, just give me the tire back. I even only paid for 3 disposals because I was supposed to get the tire back. They didn’t put the tire in my trunk like I assumed, which I noticed when I checked at home. So I didn’t get my tire back that I requested, I got charged for refund certificates that I wasn’t asked about or even gone over with, and I can’t get ahold of anyone about it. Don’t go here, I gave them another chance after the last time they ripped me off and I regret it.

, but sent one message and then never responded after I stated I was out of town and couldn’t come in. Bad company and bad management.

I took my truck in for a balance and a rotation. Not only are my wheels vibrating 3 days later, my wheels were over torqued, they damaged the wheels with the impact gun, the die grinder and replaced two of my chrome valve stem caps with plastic caps. I am beyond irritated and will not return to any Discount Tire. My vehicle is by no means a show room truck, but it isn't a pile of crap. Regardless, your vehicle should be cared for and returned to you in the same condition it was dropped off in. I am very meticulous about repairs and upkeep on my truck so I notice every single ding, scratch and hiccup it develops. The damage was unquestionably done by this garage. I will be calling them tomorrow about reimbursement for the damages.

Waited over 2 hours past the appointment time for them to not even do what I asked. This place used to be the best and now I’ll never be back. You also owe an apology my daughters for this terrible experience.

We chose to pay a little more here vs going to Costco because Costco doesn't honor appointment times and you sit around and wait forever. Apparently Discount Tire offers the same experience. Our scheduled arrival time was 11:30, with an estimated completion time about an hour later. The car wasn't even pulled in until nearly 2pm, and no apology or explanation was ever provided other than "We're running a little late". I understand things happen, but if they knew they were that behind, they should have suggested we reschedule. A 40 minute task taking 3 hours is not acceptable, especially with no attempt to apologize, explain, or accommodate.

While my services are always completed well, and I have confidence that my vehicle is being taken care of, as a customer I am not being taken care of. My time is not being respected. I’ve had two appointments at this location in the last two weeks. For the first vehicle, I was given an appointment time of 1 PM. When my child arrived with the car, they were told that it would take them until 230 to complete the service. They decided to wait for the car. At 2:15 I received a text that the service had been completed. By 330, the car still had not been taken back for service, with no updates or contact whatsoever. My child reclaimed their keys and left without the free tire rotation being completed.
This week with an appointment for my own car, I arrived at my scheduled 1 PM service time. I was told that they were backed up and that the car would be done by approximately 2 PM. The car was not done until 245. All the while the associates are telling people on the phone that they can come in for drop in appointments.
My plan is to take my vehicles to the other location in town and hope that they are able to meet and keep appointment times for efficiently.

Went to patch my tire, they called saying the hole is too big and wasn’t able to, we went to go grab the tire, they tried asking if we were gonna leave the tire and take the rim, but we took the tire too and this morning I went to another tire shop and they were able to patch it up in no time.

Discount tire on Blairsferry Rd NE, in Cedar Rapids, IA. Went the to have my tire sensor checked out. I needed a new one. When my car was supposedly done, I went to leave and nothing was working the tire sensor. The check tire sensor message still showed. I went back inside and said something about it. They said that message will go away by driving it. A guy came out with his handheld devise and checked out the sensors. It was not working like I thought. The guy looked at my receipt and said they installed the wrong sensor. My car then had to have the correct sensor put in. I wasn't happy about it. This place was highly recommended by friends. I won't be returning because I want my car fixed right the first time.

I will say the experience was nothing but horrible. We had tires put on a little under a month ago. The next day one of the tires was almost flat. Took it back in and they just put air in and told my wife it should be good. Fast forward a few weeks comes to find out it’s a bad valve stem which they are supposed to change with new tires. Two sensors were out and they wanted to charge $60 some dollars per sensor. Not to mention this is supposed to be an in and out type of scenario not! I was there 2 hours for a valve stem and sensors. Not too mention the customer service is terrible. People walking in and standing in line while the employees huddle around a computer screen or in the back room. I never post reviews for any business but something here needs changed. I read a lot of the reviews and yes there are some good but the bad reviews are spot on with how they conduct business. I know the amount we spent for tires and the business you lost from us doesn’t really matter but hoping this post can save others time and money!

Cheap place for tires bad service been there 3x and ask them to rotate n balance my tires and didn't want to do it now wires are showing and they won't fix it under warranty

I dropped my tire and they told me they would call me after work but when I got to the location to pick it up they told me I had to wait for about 2 hours, I feel unhappy with them.
