Ordered pizzas which were never delivered. When calling to ask when they’d be delivered, the person answering the phone assured me he personally delivered the pizzas. While I don’t doubt he delivered pizzas, I am certain he did not deliver them to my house. I checked all of the Ring cameras and didn’t even see a car stop at the house, pull into the driveway, or a person walking up to any part of the house.

Chris is a loser! Told me to respect him after leaving me on hold for 6 minutes about a chicken Alfredo complaint. I will never order from this store again! What a great representation of his employer!

Horrible experience. Pizzas were completely raw (we had to put them in our oven to finish cooking) and one wasn’t even cut. No greeting when entering the store or quality assurance + one of the employees was handling toppings with no gloves. I don’t expect much from chain pizza places, but avoid this location like the plague.

They specialize in food poisoning. That is uncooked raw dough. When i called the store and warned them to check their oven temperature the store manager said it was fine. Then explain the disaster i was sold? Beware for your safety and for your family they are at the bottom rung for store

Im never eating pizza again. I ate a breadbowl that was all uncooked dough. At first i thought- oh its just same color as alfredo sauce its just cheesy or something. And i have covid so i cudnt taste the difference. But i looked and it sure was fully uncooked dough. I called the store and said to check the oven temp before they give little kids food poisoning. The guy didnt believe me about his oven must be off. Like you only get 100% uncooked dough like this if your oven temps are seriously off. Or you are cutting cook time down inappropriately low.Update* corporate contacted him about the issue. He refused to refund my money for the uncooked food. And laughed. If this is the store manager like he claimed then be very afraid of food poisoning

I have been waiting for an hour already so i called the store and find out it is about to be placed in the oven... I mean, an hour? and it's not even made it to the oven? That's not right ever! even if you have a huge order you are supposed to be able to do that and still take care of regular non huge order customers without caffeine then to wait well over an hour for their food to be delivered. Very bad service from this store.

We haven't had Domino's for a long time so we decided to order some, that was a bad idea because the pizza was burnt! It will be a long, long time until we try Domino's again!

Don’t call if you work at Pepsi/Quaker. Was told we were outside the delivery range 2.5 miles away. They told me to call Edgewood Dominos which is 3.1 miles away. When I called Edgewood Dominos they don’t deliver to NE side of town. Needless to say we ordered elsewhere.

I absolutely love the Domino's off Edgewood! They are fast and food is always excellent! Recently moved to NE side! Ordered a few times from Mt Vernon location. Good but not quite as fast and made as well as other location! Think it is due to not as fully staffed!

I live out of town but place an order for my 86 year old mother every Sunday. Placed my order and an hour later, Mom asked if they mentioned a delay. Checked the tracker and it showed it was delivered. I gave her the number and told her to call them. She told me that she talked to a manager and gave me his name (I cant remember it now, but believe it is Eric) and he wouldn’t let her finish her sentences, said she never placed the order, was very rude to her. They told her they’d put her order in. Another hour later, still no food so I called. Was told I was speaking with a manager, “she” never apologized for the situation, just said she would make it and deliver it personally. She also told me that I would be credited for the order-that never happened. Over 3 hours later, Mom finally got her food, and the delivery person was a male. I submitted a complaint online and got no response from it, so a few days later, I called and asked to talk to a manager. I believe “Eric” was on the phone with me and was very rude to me as well. Told me the only thing he can say is that someone up front used his name both times Mom and I called. It’s not a huge order placed each week, but it happens every week, sometimes twice, and being rude to people gets you nothing but the loss of their business. Eric, I think you need to go back to Customer Service 101 and pay attention this time. You’ve lost our business forever.

I ordered the cheesy bread and it's like they just flopped it over and didn't put very much cheese on it at all so I. Wouldn't order that again from there?

If I could give this zero stars I would. The manager running this place is a joke. The other manager that is his assistant general manager is also a joke. Both times I’ve had issues they have been nothing but rude and hang up constantly. There were a couple female managers that were very helpful until the other managers made them stop helping us. Definitely don’t order here.

THIS STORE IS TRASH, I NEED THE OWNER OR SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO CALL ME ASAP.! I WAS CHARGED 3 TIMES, TWICE FOR THE SAME PRICE, A THIRD TIME TOTAL DIFFERENT CHARGE. THEN WHEN I CALL, I GET HUNG UP ON, I GO TO STORE TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED TO ME SINCE THEY LITTERALLY JUST STOLE ALL MY MONEY OFF MY CARD FOR THEM TO ARGUE WITH A PAYING CUSTOMER, AND TO TELL ME NO HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, AFTER I SHOWED AND PROVED TO THE MAN THEY STOLE FROM ME. I AM DISGUSTINGLY ANGRY AND ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK. MY WHOLE 57.00 DOLLARS THAT WAS STOLEN FROM ME, AND I CAN PEOVE IT, MY CARD SENT ME THE TRANSCRIPT SO NO ONE GO HERE. EAT HERE.
