Everyone at the Doug Valentine agency does a great job, everyone is willing to help answer questions, and alway greeted by someone if you go to office, that person is usually Susan who greets you with a smile and asks "how can I help" that's away very nice. Susan always will to help like when we were in AZ and needed copies of our auto insurance, she printed the information needed and sent it that day, that is just one example of how I have been treated over the last 17 years. You're more than a policy number everyone treats you like real person.
