Disappointed & Frustrated
I trusted a local dry cleaning plus company with my Grinch mask, and unfortunately it was returned ruined. No warning, no acknowledgment, no accountability.
When I called to address it, there was no attempt to make it right—no apology, no solution, nothing. I was left with no choice but to purchase a brand-new mask out of pocket just to keep my commitments.
Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. This situation was handled poorly from start to finish, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and customer care.
Just sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.my 30.00 dry clean turned into 130.00 experience

I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved in August. After repeatedly calling to ask if it was done, I finally got the okay to go pick it up. I was truly concerned that I would never see my wedding dress again, as it took almost 3 months to get it back and every time I called I was either told the person working on it wasn’t there or that she just needed a little more information, then they would be able to finish up. When I went in to pick it up the cashier mentioned that the ticket was 82 days past due. I said that it took a very long time, and asked if they could give a discount for it taking so long. She responded that if anything, they would charge me extra for a storage fee. I told her that I was never called and told it was done, I had to repeatedly call to see if they had finished and I came the day after they finally finished it. The dress was clean, but the customer service was terrible.

I don't understand how this establishment keeps its employees. It is currently 87 degrees outside and almost the same inside the building. I asked 1 of the employees if the AC was on and she curtly said no and walked to the back room and said something to the owner. A minute later the pictured fan was brought out and turned on.
I've been coming here over 3 years and there are dryers that have not worked the entire time.
There have also been times when hot water has not been available or the machines take the money and do not update how much was inserted. I have been reimbursed twice and it was not by the rude female owner.
Why do I continue to patronize this place? It's the cheapest laundromat in the area.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! absolute worst and just a mess. The owner is not polite very rude and rude to her employees. majority of the clothes that need to be dry cleaned she just throws into the washer and dryers. The owner does not know what she's doing . Save your time and money go to citywide!

I took my husband’s sports coat here to be cleaned and two days after picking it up, while packing for a trip, my husband took it off the hanger and noticed the inner lining had been completely ripped around one of armholes. The rest of the lining was wrinkled and wouldn’t lay flat. When I brought it back in to show them, they offered to fix it. When I picked it up a week later and checked out where the rip had been, it looked like a 5 year old had taken a needle and thread and loosely attempted to sew it up. Worst sew job I’ve seen. The thread they used was navy blue and the sports coat lining is gray. The owner literally ran off to the back area when she saw me looking at the sewing job, because she knew it was terrible and didn’t want have to deal with me. My seamstress actually laughed when I showed her their “fix”. So not only did the owner hide from me, but I was never offered a refund for the original dry cleaning, and I had to pay my seamstress to fix it.

Took some clothes there to be washed and folded basically and their service is really great.

Dry cleaning was a decent price. Around $21 for 2 blazers and a pair of dress pants

Staff is judgy and rude. Machines didnt remove hair or lint. Ac is broken. Lint traps were clearly full. Soda and snack machines are broken.
