Been banking here since I was a child. It used be a great credit union and wonderful staff. The last two times I needed assistance, when I called, they made me feel like such an inconvenience. They were rude and unwilling to help. After 25 years, I’m moving from Dupaco and couldn’t be happier to have goodbye.

Wouldn't recommend dupaco to anyone. They blame their issues on mastercard and Mastercard services is no help. (They condescendingly called in front of me). Manager at this branch was very dismissive of my problems with my DEBIT CARD CONTINUOUSLY DECLINING. I'm talking about going to the same gas station, multiple times a week... and its randomly fraud? Right ok. Payroll deposited YESTERDAY. DECLINING again today. I'm pulling the remaining amount from my account, again. I will edit this later and add more details. But honestly, STAY AWAY. They don't care if you're stranded with no money. They did nothing to fix this after i spent my afternoon in an actual branch last week. This has been occurring for over a year, btw.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!
Most of the staff here are very rude and inconsiderate. I have bank with this credit union for over ten years and has over 6000 coming in monthly and they still won’t allow me a small loan . Do your business at Collin’s instead cause that exactly where I am going

Edit: went back today, same thing happened. I found, they flagged my account? I will be closing my account tomorrow, and going to the bank which will cash my checks no problem.Teller wouldn't deposit a payroll check because it was dated to Friday (in two days). This was the first time I EVER ran into this problem.. Stated "well not everybody catches it".. EVERYONE at my workplace does this, for years. Congrats! Your the first one EVER to catch it! Had to drive all the way to a different branch location, just because the teller is uneducated. Come back and he's "depositing cash, right?" Almost like he knew and was so proud of himself.. Serious waste of people's time...

Don't bother calling the 1-800 number unless u have an hr to wait and listen to the exciting robot. Not even a local branch number??

In 2015 I filed bankruptcy and greenstate dropped me after telling me to file. I went to Dupaco and they took me on and got my credit back up to 700 in one year. They are always willing to help out and give a person/s a new start. I now still take advice from them and I have never been late on any loans. I really like the help/advice/new start they gave me. THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE!!!!!

This bank very very bad I have one credit card for 8 years with them I went to Florida I miss 1 payment for jun and when I come July 12 I pay everything off trust me they send me to collections for that .8 year with my credit card only one late payment that sad.

This bank ruined my credit. After 17 years of having car loans with them with ZERO missed payments and ZERO late payments over 2 decades, they opted to deny my most most recently needed auto loan over a technicality, even after they stole thousands from me of dollars in GAP, just to tell me they will not honor the contract. Very inhumane and unfair to extremely loyal patrons. Avoid Dupaco. Do NOT give them your money or you'll regret it!

Closing my account after 7 years. Customer service is the worst. John Deggendorf and Sophie Thomsen gave me the worst customer service and should be fired for their lack of knowledge. Internal mistakes (forgetting to click a button) should not cause a financial burden to their members. I hear their commercial advertising how much their members mean to them and how they strive to promote financial growth for their members.. LIES! If I could choose ZERO stars that is what I would give them, one star is too much credit.

Id avoid. Had dawn give me attitude today. Made a payment with my debit card 5 days ago and it didnt go through. I have over 2k direct deposited into my account a week and they do not care. Told me i have to wait. Nope. Closing my account.

Sherokee Sellers was absolutely amazing to me! She helped me out to get my first car loan going which I didn't think I could even do. She put in alot of work and was very responsive with everything. I couldn't recommend anyone else but her. I love this credit union.

Dupaco Cedar Rapids SW branch. Worst credit union I have ever joined. ATM is always out of money. Very rude staff. I once complained because only one person was working the drive-thru (7 cars waiting) and three tellers were idle with no customers in the lobby. When I mentioned this a man walked out of his office and raised his voice at me saying there were 4 drive-thru lanes open. I reminded him that he only had one teller working those four lanes. He continued to be hostile and I left. When I closed my accounts I left some negative feedback and was hung up on.
