We rented a car one way from Cedar Rapids IA to MSP airport in St Paul MN. The car was awesome, a complimentary upgrade from a sedan to a Dodge Challenger! A guy at the gas station remarked on the car with Louisiana plates: "You're far from home!" but I had to admit it was just a rental... All Enterprise staff was very courteous and helpful, from the friendly Guam native at CID to Peter at the MSP return. Pick Enterprise for a great surprise.

I had a very good experience at Enterprise in Cedar Rapids. Alex was very knowledgeable and had some helpful tips. I got a choice of vehicles and the Jeep compass was smooth ride. I don't ever have any issues renting from Enterprise.

Be very careful here and make sure you record both the inside and outside of your rental and note any damages before you drive off the lot.I arrived late at night late August and the first car they gave me had a faulty car play system so they gave me another car as a replacement and this car had a faulty glove compartment. 1 month later I receive a damage claim for an existing fault. They took the glove compartment apart and attached it to the claim to make it appear that I caused the damage.Trying to dispute the claim was hell as I kept getting tossed back and forth between their claim department and this location (they never answered their phone and I had to get customer service to reach out to them).In the end I got it resolved because I had evidence to prove my innocence but it would’ve been a different case if I didn’t have anything to back up my claim. Very deceitful and cunning people.

I find Enterprise to provide excellent value and service for most of my rental car needs. The staff at the Eastern Iowa airport (CID) are especially friendly and helpful. The representatives for pickup and drop off were awesome! The vehicle was great and met all our needs! Thank you

This place has the potential to be amazing. Staff here is nice. However, the cars here have numerous issues, from low air to engine troubles. To make matters worse, you cannot directly call you have to send an email (they never reply but offer free upgrade next rental, written on the back of business cards). I emailed the branch manager Clifford O’Rourke 3 business days ago and still no reply. Isn’t Enterprise supposed to be “the best transportation service provider in the world” ? Well this location is a long way from there. Come help them The Crawford Group/ Enterprise Holdings.

When we arrived to pick up our rental, the gentleman at the service counter greeted us, it was a fast check out, as I utilized the check in on my phone the day before. We did get an upgrade due to the vehicle of our choice not being ready on time, and out price stayed the same.Upon check in, the lady at the desk was very friendly, and sweet. She asked how everything was, I explained to her our last experience and how we said we would NEVER rent from them again. She gave me a 10% discount on our next rental, for our troubles then. We went out on a limb and rented anyway, and this was by far the best experience we've had with Enterprise. I believe it has alot to do with location as well! So I would definitely rent from the airport location over any other one in Cedar Rapids area.

We rented a car at the Cedar Rapids (Eastern Iowa) airport for a wedding weekend. The car was a GMC Terrain. It was clean and comfortable and had low mileage. The service representative where we filled out the paperwork (I had filled out everything online as a pre-arrival check-in courtesy) was kind, efficient and professional. We picked up the keys, left for the assigned space where our car would be waiting, and drove off. All in all -- a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend doing your car rentals with Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

Taya was exceptionally helpful despite having to tackle a line of more than 15 customers. I watched her handle each interaction with poise and professionalism. When it was my turn she listened to all my concerns and addressed them promptly.

Fast and friendly service staff! Got me in and out quickly. The only item keeping this from a 5-star review is the age of the vehicle I received. I spent a week in a 2021 RAV4 that had nearly 58,000 miles on it!

After showing up, having to leave and come back twice due to miscommunication on their part, they rented the car I reserved to someone else. But, they upgraded me for free to a much nicer vehicle that I ended up being beyond satisfied with. So it made up for the issues in the beginning. Would recommend highly.

In February of this year I reserved a Chrysler Pacifica for June 23rd to July 2nd, 2023. I received a confirmation email from Enterprise. On June 19th, I called Enterprise to confirm that I would have a vehicle for that coming Friday at this location. Two times in the past I went to that location to pick up a vehicle, but ended up having to drive to a different location to pick it up. The gentleman I talked to confirmed that the van was at that location and would be ready for me to pick up at noon on Friday the 23rd. At 10:00 a.m. on Friday morning a gentleman called me and advised me that my Pacifica was no longer available; that the Cedar Rapids airport had come and taken all of the available vehicles. He asked me if we could take a mid-sized car instead. I informed him I needed the Pacifica because we had 6 people & a week's worth of clothing in luggage for 6 people, beach chairs, car seats for a 2 children, pillows, beach umbrellas, etc. I said he needed to find us a suburban, Yukon, even a 12-15 passenger van to accommodate us. He said he would see what he could do and would call me back at noon. At 12:15 I called him back & he said he didn't find any vehicles but there was the possibility that 2 vehicles could be returned from the airport. He said he would call me back at 3:00. I advised him that we live 45 minutes away from their business and asked if they were going to stay open for us to pick up a vehicle if it came in after or near 5:00 when they close & he said they would. Three o'clock came & went & still nothing. I called them back at that time & a woman answered the phone. She was aware of our situation & advised that the 2 vehicles still had not come back. I asked her what about checking with the Enterprise in Des Moines, Pella, Iowa City, Ames, Waterloo, Ankeny, and anywhere else. She said she would check & get back to us. In the meantime our daughter who lives in Ankeny called the Enterprise there trying to help us locate a vehicle; a lady who answered said they did have a vehicle. However, a very short time later, a gentleman called & advised that that was incorrect & that no vehicle was available. At 4:00 we called back to the Cedar Rapids location & were informed by the same woman that they were on the phone checking about the 2 vehicles from the airport & that she would call us back in 5-10 minutes. Guess what? Again we did not receive a call back so I tried calling them again at 4:30. No one answered the phone & when it went to voicemail, it hung up. I tried calling several more times with the same result. My wife & son tried calling on their phones & they could not get a hold of anyone either. We ended up having to take 2 cars which cost double the expense for gas. The 2 sales people should be reprimanded as they misled us into thinking we were going to get a vehicle and the airport should not be allowed to take a reserved vehicle. Enterprise never did call us back to even apologize or see what they could do to make it up to us. Needless to say, our family will never again go through Enterprise to rent a vehicle and we would highly recommend no else to rent from them either. James K.

Erica at check in is an amazing employee. Was great to have her as your front person upon arrival on a long flight.Trungh is also a great employee when I returned the vehicle I let him know about the low quality car I received & there were no other choices at check in time. So he gave me a discount which was wonderful. Plesant & very professional employees.

Showed up with a reservation in Cedar Rapids, IA and no cars available......said something about not being able to clean cars quick enough (not sure I buy it because I said I would be more than happy to sign for an uncleaned car...just seemed they literally were all out of cars). Tons of people waiting around, had to wait 1hr and 20 minutes! Only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because how nice the desk staff were and apologetic. Brian was pleasant to work with and seemingly doing all he could.
