Tanya was helpful in helping me chose the fabrics and furniture for my home in spring of 2024. The delivery team came to my home to deliver furniture without confirming and coordinating with the Ethan Allen Coralville office and with me. The truck showed up at my home on a date and time that I was not home and had to reschedule the delivery. When the delivery came the 2nd time, once coordinated with me in October 2024, one of the back cushions to our Spencer Track Arm couch was missing. I made made multiple calls to Ethan Customer Service and sent several emails to the Customer Service team and the Coralville office. Michael from the Coralville office was trying to help me and he directed me back to customer service. I had to follow up continuously asking where the cushion was, for my couch. I had a couch that I didn't use for almost six months since there was a missing back cushion. In February 2025, I spoke with a female manager in Customer Service who said she was going to offer some compensation option for the missing cushion, but that never came to fruition. Up until this time, I had been purchasing EA furniture since 2001. I have since made several purchases with Norwalk Furniture, Room and Board and Furniture Row and have been very happy with their furniture quality and even more so with their customer service and furniture delivery teams. I will never purchase Ethan Allen furniture again.

We loved working with Tanya on our new sofa and two area rugs. She was very helpful in picking out the fabric for sofa and the rugs. She drove 2 hours to see our home and brought all the samples for me to see in my home. Any other design question I had she would happily answer all my questions. I’m so glad we went to Ethan Allen! Thank you, Tanya!

5 stars for the delivery crew, Louis and Arthur. They just delivered a heavy dresser up a tricky flight of stairs. They were on time and went straight to business. I really appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. The delivery fees through Ethan Allen are excessive. However, if a big percentage of the money goes to the crew, I can feel better about paying it. Great job, Louis and Arthur!

Very beautiful store and high quality furniture. Tanya was super helpful with ordering and explaining details about the furniture. Turnaround time is also very quick, we received our furniture very quickly, it’s beautiful and excellent quality. Highly recommend this store and will definitely come back!

I went to Ethan Allen for help designing my new home and was not disappointed! Tanya was so friendly and helpful in her suggestions and designs. I love working with her and my new living room looks amazing. Will 100% be a repeat customer - I highly recommend Tanya for a designer and EA for quality! Thanks again!

I will not do business at Ethan Allen again. I purchased a Hughes leather chair in August( special order) and when I ordered it, I did so with nail head trim. Originally, the color I picked out, the designer (Tanya ) talked me out of, saying that another color would be a better option. So I agreed. We rang it up I paid, and everything was fine.It was delivered last night, and it came without the nailhead trim. Delivery tried to call the designer, who was off, and I was told by delivery that usually in these cases, they leave the product there and swap it out when the right product comes in. I agreed.However, when the designer called me this morning, I was told that because the nailhead trim was not on the invoice there was nothing they could do, except order me the nailheads and I could find an upholster to install it.It’s still an ok chair, and I’m fine never shopping there again. And I will certainly never recommend them to anyone. I will actually do the opposite of that.

Do not use this store. The lack of communication, inability to hold a delivery schedule, damaged product, and willfully ignoring requests to resolve have continued for months. Ghosting by customer service of the store and the national representatives is unprofessional. The quality and care one would expect from this long reputable brand has fallen. I would suggest rh.com or mgbwhome.com as better options for quality and customer service.

Meridith was great to work with. She drove 2.5hrs to our home to help us design and create our dream living/dinning space. She was patient and understanding of the time we needed to make final decisions. We love the way it all turned out!

I have been an EA customer for 30 years with numerous rooms and several homes. I always go back to EA because of the exceptional service and quality. The designers create beautiful, functional rooms and help me when I get struck on how to pull a room together. Quality, detailed pieces of furniture that last. Crafts men and women that have pride in their work. I'm proud to purchase made in America quality furniture. The delivery personnel is always friendly and caring of my home. Office staff at the distribution service center are that way as well. EA is an all around A+

Ask for Meridith Hochstetler when you visit.We ordered our furniture from her. She drove from Coralville to Decorah to visit with us which is a 2 1/2 hour drive one way. She helped us match some of their furniture with some non Ethan Allen Furniture. She did a great job.

Warning. Do not buy from this store. My mother ordered a sofa and it arrived frumpy, uncomfortable and also had a hole in it. Yes, a hole! This has been a nightmare to get resolved. This location is excellent at gaslighting the elderly. The sofa was picked up but my mother has not been refunded her money.

Warning! Do Not do business with this store. My mother ordered a sofa and it arrived frumpy, uncomfortable and had a hole in it. Who delivers furniture with holes? The one thing this location is excellent at is gaslighting. They say they will fix it and mention they will call back tomorrow and it's weeks until they reach out to her. She finally had the sofa picked up but Ethan Allen has not returned her money. Only buy here if you want to get robbed.
