Having been several places to get my nails dipped, I have had a variety of experiences - I will never go anywhere other than Fancy Nails! Lilly does a truly incredible job each and every time. Her attention to detail, quality product, and genuine care can't be matched. I have to add that cleanliness is a big deal for me and it's never been a concern. They are flexible with schedules, always welcoming and personable, and strive for complete client satisfaction.

I went here because that’s where my daughter got her nails done. I wanted a simple plaid design on one nail during my first visit. It was awful. I should have taken pics. The next time I went the owner did my nails and they were even worse. I am switching nail places.

Best nail salon I have ever been to. their products are safe and natural. I stopped in there because my son had a baseball tournament in Cedar. Rapids, and it's canceled, so I thought I'd get my nails done.
After getting my nails done I realized that this was the best place I'd ever been hands down. I am very frustrated that I don't live closer or I would go there all the time. My nails, normally after 2 1/2weeks, start pulling up and get brittle but not with her products. I highly recommend this place.
They look so natural for being dip and the best part is that they dont use a file or grind the old product off.

I have gotten my nails done for almost a decade and have never had such a bad experience at a salon both customer service wise and product quality wise. My nails were rushed, one acrylic was fully glued and attached to my skin on the side, not to mention the nails themselves were chunky and uneven. I was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt, could hear the staff mention “work from home” while laughing. Immediately after they asked me where I worked. I tried to remain positive and towards the end the woman doing my nails was being polite, until she was I tipped $30 total (this was 25% of my total bill and was $15 for both her and the woman who had done my manicure). Her whole attitude shifted after she read it she proceeded to hand me back my copy of the receipt and didn’t say a word. Awful customer service and quality, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. The photo is of the nail glued to my hand and shows the damage to my nails after soaking the set off (I hadn’t had acrylics for months prior to this incident).

They took my acrylic/gel off and put on dip powder, which I’ve never had before but I like! It looks good and they were very friendly.

I went and got ombre dip nails and had a great experience! Lily did my nails and responded so well anytime I wanted her to adjust something. She never made me feel bad for this, encouraged feedback, and made me feel welcomed the whole time. A few regulars came in while I was there and you can tell she has built good relationships and a friendly environment, which I find very important!

Went in for Pedicures and Dip nails. Walk in service. Friendly. Great quality. Even provided touch ups about a week later to the pedicure. Lilly was very nice and friendly. Thank you!

A friend of mine introduced me to Fancy Nails about a year ago...and I haven't gone anywhere since. The staff is friendly and very helpful finding a color for my toes to match my dip color on my hands and the price is very reasonable for the service they provide and the time they spend. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the worse service I ever received at a nail salon, services was rushed and my nails are so sloppy!…
Edit after this review they called me at 8pm🤦🏽♀️ the owner needs to retire, she’s a menace to the nail world😭😩 yall I scheduled at another shop right after I can’t walk around like this 😡😒
