Decent bathroom. Messy with goods on the floor by the bathroom and all the wiring and electrical boxes look so wild.
Gas price is not bad.
Cashier said hi but not seem welcoming.

Chose this station b/c open 24 hrs. Got gas, walked to the door to go in, get a drink. Clerk locked the door when I was 3 feet away and put up a closed sign. It was 10:42 pm so a random time. ?? He went back to the register, so prob not a RR break. I didn't stand there to read the Closed sign to see if there was a special reason. If you close for breaks or lunches, would be courteous to put that on your website, too.

Worst gas station in town, needed air but they wouldn't give me 2 dollars in change for 2 dollar bills to purchase air unless I bought something to get change to purchase air ☹️ why would I have to purchase something just so I can purchase air. What happened to customer service

So I get that they want to close for 15 min for shift change but maybe they should actually stick to the times posted instead of 20 mins earlier than they posted. After 14 hours on the road itd be nice.

Went inside to pay for gas and Hispanic cashier wouldn’t take my money because I wasn’t standing where he wanted me to stand. That was the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Also, it was the one on 2349 Blairsferry Road NE Cedar Rapids, IA. He is just bad for business!!!

I give a one because you have a homeless person right at your front door begging for money today. Now, I would/ have given to someone on a corner. I do give to people in need. But you have someone begging right at your front door is not fair. Also that person was quite pushy. I will never go again to Fas Mart.
